No no no... you want to live like a true Dovah King.

Find yourself a cave with bandits. Murder everything. The cave is now your home. containers? PFFT. You're going to make a huge pile of your loot.
Mannequins? The corpses of the slain shall serve as such.

till the cleanup script kicks in and whipes all the bodies from the scene.

Maybe something like they did in Dragons Age where you have to build up the keep to help defend an area and then stand off an attack based on your maintenance and upkeep.
