If you use the Dual Flurry and two Picks, you get ore real fast.

I didn't know you can sometimes open a lock by smashing it. Found out by accident when I let the wolf loose in the cave with the blind guy reading. Hit the cage door with an arrow.

Wait what? You can break locks with your weapon? Does it not work on all locks?

Pretty sure yeah. It doesn't work on all locks (I tried), but I distinctly remember missing my intended target completely and opening a cage door.

EDIT: Went back to the cave and tried again. Same result. The arrow hit the door and it opened right up, freeing the not-so-happy wolf inside to go after the bandits. I used Bound Bow too, so if it works with that, I don't see why it wouldn't work with a sword. Not sure what influences it yet. Maybe someone else knows?

I can't say I knew about the equipping picks to mine ore thing until a good time after Skyrim's release.

Did anyone else think of Road Dogg from WWF when they saw the title?
Ahh, the good old WWF Attitude days.

Ralof wasn't just making chit-chat in the back of the prisoner carriage.
Remember his sweetie froim Helgen who used to serve Mead with Juniper Berry at the Inn?

Return to Helgen, climb the tower and jump through the roof of the inn, again.
You'll find a few bottles laying about...good find for those of us who like to collect things.

I did'nt know staff making existed till my third character. Still never made one. Because I cannot be bothered to look for items and recipes.

YOU CAN DO THAT?!

I mean, I remember doing it in oblivion, but not in skyrim...

Well, you do for 60 seconds. And that is if you consider 2 to be a pack.

Hmmm. I may test that. It could but it may see them as Beasts and not work.

Ritual Stone lasts a little over three minutes give or take, and me in beast form+ 3 werewolf undead = a pack. a really fun unstopable pack!

And sadly no Dead Thrall won't work. It's a people only spell. can't even raise a mudcrab with it.

Using a super secret forge, a fair amount of conjuration, and the right materials, you can craft scrolls, spell books and staffs for summoning various Atronachs.. You can also use it to call up unbound Atronach's, dremora, bunnies... even got a troll one time. lol. It's a fun thing to tinker with.

Manually mining ore by swinging a pick axe at an ore vein. I literally had been playing Skyrim for a month before I realized that. I still never use it but it's cool to know all the same.
Whaaaaaaat. Is it faster?

South of Falkreath in the mountains is a camp called Agni's Camp. It belongs to a female Nord who is very great with archery. If you approach her in a friendly manner she will teach you how to become a better archer by setting up challenges for you to complete at her archery range. By the end of it you can aquire 6 archery skill ups.

I discovered that despite popular belief one can take an arrow to the knee. I thought that this was just a myth. (Screenshot below)

I also didn't know that you could move things around using the A button until level 25. I assumed that this feature was a PC exclusive.
