I've hit a bit of a snag. I don't have the "22380" folder. So... what should I do?

I've hit a bit of a snag. I don't have the "22380" folder. So... what should I do?
Haven't read the whole thread. But my saves are in Documnets/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves folder. What is a 22380 folder?

From what I've read, it's the thing that Steam uses to store the saves. I may be wrong.
EDIT: I did some digging and the only traces of 22380 are in appcache and they're stats.
