In the red corner :
100% reflect magic, reflect damage, DoT on touch multi-element spells with weakness stacking, serious poisons, detect life items so the Dovahkiin can't even pickpocket that Mundane Ring, fortified speed and athletics, enchanted arrows, 100% chameleon, potions with restore health, restore stamina, restore magicka loads per second, for loads of seconds, 85% armour in a dress and some nice green shoes.

In the blue corner :
Shouts, smithing a sword to do 10,000 damage.

And that 10,000 damage can be 100% reflected. I'll put a few bob on the CoC.

What good are shouts against 100% spell absorption?

Based on how I think it should be. Same. CoC becomes a god after killing a god(two if you took down dagon before martin summons akatosh). Nerevarine kills multiple demi-gods(dagoth, vivec[optional], almalexia), and is immortal.... might as well be a demi-god himself.

Dovahkiinr can shout.... Ulfric and the grey beards can shout, Dragonborn just learns the shouts faster by absorbing dragon souls. Cool yes, godlike... sorry. Most of the shouts are just like spells, so you are not much better than a mage... which is nothing when speaking of mages in skyrim.

Nerevarine.

He stood up to a crazy ex-wife. Not just any ex-wife, but an ex-wife who had banished Mehrunes Dagon and wiped out an Akaviri invasion force. He also thwarted the plans of a disgruntled former employee and his giant stompy robot, and may also have killed Vivec, who was immensely powerful. And, historically, Nerevar defeated entire armies of Tongues: one Dovahkiin isn't going to bother him much.

Champion of Cyrodiil IS A MOTHER [censored] GOD. He can stop time ffs. And from a gameplay perspective, he can achieve 100% damage reflect and 100% magic resistance.
Dovahkiin is just some loud guy blessed by the gods, but he's not actually a god.

Hell, I'd actually argue Nerevarine can kick the Dovahkiin's butt too.

Dovahkiin = Blessed by the Gods
Nerevarine = God-like
Champion of Cyrodiil = Is a God

Champion of Cyrodiil IS A MOTHER [censored] GOD. He can stop time ffs. And from a gameplay perspective, he can achieve 100% damage reflect and 100% magic resistance.
Dovahkiin is just some loud guy blessed by the gods, but he's not actually a god.

If you can use stuff you've crafted-dovahkiin. you can be so overpowered with 100 smithing and enchanting. If the Dovahkiin can use the fortify restoration glitch you would be so overpowered you can jump off high hrothgar and live.

CoC can be equaally overpowered.

- can enchant gear with 100% reflect damage (any physical damage would go back to dovahkiin), Resist magic 100% (spells and shouts would become useless), Chameleon 100% ( Basicly invisible)
- plus if by some complete fluke CoC does get injured, use The staff of Sheogorath to stop time and drink a few potions and have a meal

Sheogorath vs. Dovahkiin? Really?! Dovakhiin, Nerevarine and the other main characters are screwed imo. Being a main character/coc + being a Daedric prince of madness = massive ownage of other main characters who's just chosen for a "simple" task. Case closed

More equal fight, both at the beginning, no shouts or armour, just what skills they had to begin with. Both were prisoners so be pretty equal fight.

Also, CoC (Sheogorath) prolly has that one spell the teleports the target like 1,000 feet in the air... The only way the Dovahkiin can survive that if Odahviing comes to the rescue... In time...

For me, the deciding factor is....

100% damage reflect does NOT resist bows; something about the reflect magic not being able to send the damage back on a projectile. So no, CoC isn't completely invulnerable, though bows are literally the only way to hurt him.
However, Mehrunes' Razor. Stop time, get behind Dovahkiin, stab him with it. Eventually it'll land an instant kill, because unfortunately for Dovahkiin he's absolutely horrible at resisting/reflecting magic. The result is CoC -literally- has all the time in the world to get that instant-kill proc.

Even without all of the crazy enchants and god like powers the CoC has around 23 times more spells than the Dovahkiin granting him a huge advantage in terms of arsenal. The Dovahkiin is very brutish and straight forward with no tricks up his sleeve in comparison to the CoC, at least if we are just talking in terms of what is presented to them in their respected games and not lore wise.

Only immortal to diseases and aging. Not physical damage. But, the Eternal Champion would pwn all...
