So the burrial site we've been to was a fake and he was actually burried elsewhere? That's a pretty interesting idea, even if I don't really believe it. It's not a bad idea, it really isn't, it just seems a bit farfetched. Or maybe not farfetched, but a bit too forced for my taste. It's the kind of thing someone who's in desperate need of an antagonist would do. If you can't think of something original, bring someone who was badass back from the dead and give him even more power (in this case vampirism).

(Couldn't figure out how to make a real quote from a previous thread)

Who said it was a fake? They can just remake it. It might have had a hidden door or mechanism that the Nerevarine just didn't see. 'Cause he's dumb.

Or a mechanism that requires a key, like the Dragonclaws.

Heh okay,But i dont think you need to complete the main quest to do quests added in dawnguard :) Since it seems to be about something different then dragonborn and dragons etc

Perhpas were going to be fighting a memeber of the order, perhaps the vampire who turned Movarth Piquine?

Like past games, you can be any level and start a DLC. Though New Vegas had a requirement but that was all Obsidian's doing.

I would not mind the resurgence of Medium Armor, whether through a DLC or even in the next game.

Broken Steel for Fallout 3 came after the main quest and required you to have finished the main quest, so that is a possibility.

I want DLC about Atmora. It would expand on being Dragonborn and Dragons. More shouts, more giants, etc...

The only problem is that would require a minor retcon.

That's not going to happen. Before Skyrim was released Todd Howard explained everything that was wrong with medium armor. He wanted the player to have to make a choice. Mobility or Protection. Medium armor destroys that choice.

Broken Steel were for the "angry" players that wanted to keep going after the MQ. I consider it more of a small add-on than a DLC.

I would rather join them. Out of all the vampires, they seem the most interesting clan. Their members are like Palpatine from Star Wars!

I apologise, no one said the grave was a fake, that was just my interpretation of your original suggestion. Likely because it's the kind of thing I'd do myself.

wow i havnt been on these forums in a while!

anyway dawnguard sounds pretty interesting after seeing all those folders.

crossbows iv wanted for a long time, and a dwarven one will be probably from a dwemer sphere thats been broken down.

as for the whole vampire lord thing. maybe mr prince didnt get killed by the little girl taking revenge, maybe she just stabbed him with a blade with her escence of vamprism.
the little girl being molags first vampire. this might even turn out to be a revenge story with both characters in it. :D

That choice is a little screwy as it is in Skyrim, because perks can give Heavy Armor equal mobility, and the armor cap means that Light armor can get equal protection. I would actually like it if this trade-off could be emphasized a bit more through balance changes.

Broken Steel were for the "angry" players that wanted to keep going after the MQ. I consider it more of a small add-on than a DLC.

I wasn't fully aware of that, because I played Fallout 3 after all the DLC came out. But still, it was a substantial add-on because it added a lot of content (new monsters, level cap raised, new perks) aside from the new quests. But I understand your point, that Skyrim allows you to play after the main quest, so Dawnguard does not need to be like Broken Steel.

i want a hardcoe mode; i want epic loot that can only be obtained in randomized boss chest; i want the world to be more fleshed out with more things to do like playing gambling games, horse races, etc; i want more NPCs in the game so it doesn't feel like i'm playing in a massive world with only a few people living in it, i want better dialogue, i want new areas to explore that are more fantasy in context; i want to own my castle and manage its town and armies and go to war with other holds; i want more money sinks; i want better quest; however, if i can only chose one i would want the hardcoe mode, come beth please do it oh please it would make the game so much better if done right.

The first vampire was Lamae Beolfag, and I am pretty sure she is a woman because Molag Bal [censored] her and she died after that and became the first vampire, if he [censored] a little girl that is jacked up.

I may of worded it wrong, but I remember Todd saying how it was a mistake making Fallout 3 not continue. This was during Skyrim's development so I doubt I will have any luck on finding the exact quote.

But I see what you mean though about content.

That's all endgame though. I like their decision to make endgame armor based entirely on preference of aesthetics.

As long as we get better werewolves, and a storyline that does not involve dragons I will be happy. I would also like the actual Volkihar vampires.

I was pretty pissed off when I beat FO3 because my only save on my only character was right outside the place where you die.

It pissed me off.

Personally, I would prefer that there was still a stronger distinction between the two in the endgame.
