Maybe you'll have characters speaking like Italo-American mafia mobs in Hollywood movies...and about the naked characters...y'know...we're italians, after all!

perfect DLC for the italian scorching hot summer: everybody in their swimsuits

At least we have funny bugs until now
I suggest to wait a few days more before downloading the dlc,its not the end of the world - but the fact that we have a product not well tested for our countries its a shame,i hope they will fix it as soon as possible
Edit - i've seen only now the topic in the hardware/software section from gstaff - good to know that they're already working on it

Or we could just download the UK version, if it was possible

It will perhaps, especially if you stop asking every second for it

Just think if the cause of these bugs where your continuous requests and pressing on beth for that damn english version

I'm joking of course, but remember, all its possible, and in any case we have all to wait at the end -ironically

Honestly this thing is beyond my comprehension. I mean: I bought Mass Effect 3 from England, and a couple of weeks ago when Bioware released the "new" endings I was able to download it without any problem from the italian marketplace. In english, of course. Why should it be different for Bethesda? :brokencomputer:

I don't think Bethesda staff behave like italian waiters when you complain about a pizza and ask for it to be changed...

who knows ? Perhaps they will please all of us this time - and it's not so easy to have a pizza replaced when you've already eaten it if you ask me

In Fallout 3 and New Vegas you could download DLCs in other languages, and that was still Bethesda.. so I hope that it will be possible for skyrim too..

This is what I've been saying for days; hopefully it'll become possible soon.

A question... suppose i create a UK account to download the english DLC; once the DLC is saved on my hard disc, will it be available for my original italian account on the same console?
i don't think so, but i'd be happy to be wrong...
No, you won't be able to play them on your original account. I'm sorry but you gonna have to suffer your original one.

Instead, you can. Well, someone in other forums told me he has done the same thing and it works. I haven't tried, but it should work.

Mmm, I don't dare to try unless we know for sure it's gonna work;
if it doesn't, it's 1600 MP wasted...

How is that possible?? Even if you have two of the same region accounts that shouldn't work. Though, I'm not so certain neither... If it works that's a happy news though.

Hey guys.
After two days of fuss I finally got it working. I downloaded Dawnguard in english yesterday from an UK xbox live account and I can proudly say and confirm you all that IT IS WORKING and will work on your main european account.

Working fine with my UK copy of Skyrim and I can play using my 200hours+ savegame on my main italian xbox live account, no achievements loss, naked people bug or anything, I can assure.

The DLC will work with ANY profile saved in the console you used to download it. So even if your main account is french, german spanish or italian like mine your copy of Skyrim will recognise it, list under "Add-ons" in the main menu and you can finally start playing.

I'm now going to post a little super-ultimate-epic-thu'um-shouting guide on a new thread on how to create a UK account, add the microsoft points and download it on your console, it's a little of a fuss to get it all working but you know, no pain, no gain, and since Bethesda doesn't seem to want to support us european players with english version of the game I think this could be the only way for us of playing Skyrim..!

PS: thanks to Aperturehead for the UK account ideas and ispiration and the advices
PPS: man... my character's eyes are glowing...!

Do you create a completely new account or just switch the e-mail? If you don't want to answer here I'm gonna read it in your topic, so link it here, please!
Thanks :)

Switching the email won't work, don't do it because you won't be able to change it back for 30 days!
You'll have to create a completely new account yes, here's the like to the guide, hope you'll find it useful :)
