Best thing is to wait and just hope it's coming soon with some additional patches/fixes.

us PS3 player are still waiting on Patch 1.6

If it doesn't come out on the 26th this month, I'll be a little mad.

I'm guessing beth will probably announce a release date on or a few days after the microsoft contract expires.

I like to close my eye and believe/dream Bethesda have it ready for everyone else when the day is up. But then I wake up and realise a horrible truth that, they really probabily might not. :/ I mean it'd be great but... hey even if they tell us when it's out that'd be good enough for me, as long as it's pre September preferably early to mid August.... perferably. You know

When I think of elder scrolls I instantly think PC.

I originally bought the game on PS3 (had rubbish PC) but due to the overwhelming amount of issues revolving around freezing and save game bloats I got it on PC.

Imagine my utter disgust when not only does xbox get DLC for a what I consider at heart PC game first, but also ONE MONTH early, compared to the usual "1 week" or so.

What a complete joke that tnere isn't even a release date or mention of it for other platforms yet either, Judging by the poor reviews and combined with the bugs I think I might just give it a miss, I don't think they deserve the money for it and to be honest I stopped playing skyrim ages ago, I was just looking for something nice to play over a weekend or so.

I just started modding, mainly to fix broken and incomplete weapons and armor. That should keep me pretty busy and my version of Skyrim will be pretty polished and ready for Dawnguard.

With how this past week has gone for me anything like Dawnguard coming out early like on July 26th would be cool

Welp, time to burn Microsoft's gaming division in effigy again.

Not that I'm complaining. I mean, I can't believe people actually really devoted fan for Microsoft and get offended when people call XBL a scam / talk trash about MS' terrible practices. I mean, are they actually blind or something?

Well anyway, I'm not spending money on:

• Either of the first two DLCs (maybe when GOTY edition is on sale on Steam in two years)
  
• Any first party MS game
  
• Any present or future MS gaming console / service (Anything Xbox, GFWL)

Want to rage extra hard? Bethesda was almost certainly showing PC footage of Dawnguard at E3 (it is standard practice to show PC at press events, and the framerate was suspiciously smooth compared to actual Dawnguard footage I watched later ... it also looked a good bit better).

I came here in hopes of finding some news about the release date, but all I see is nothing. Honestly, we will likely see Torchlight 2 release before this..

Well Danwguard probably needs to wait for me:

Reason:

- Took too long according to my "hype" feeling
- Already saw it on youtube => Again, bye-bye hype
- Have A LOT more games to play because of the steam sales!

Right now I am trying to endure but its not working anymore. I really want to play dawnguard on the PC I am just hoping it releases on the 26th of july or early august.

Well I am still butt hurt over this.... People say there is no point in complaining, becasue it won't make it come out any sooner... But neither will not complaining... we are screwed either way... So i say lets stew.. and be butt hurt.. and we can all come together can hold a hemriod cream convention....

Well guys a while back when it came out on Xbox , i contacted my friend at Game and they said they got told by HQ that the DLC was being released around 26th july for Xbox n PS3 ,They also asked me what ive seen on the forums n i laughed , so i hope its around this time it will eventually pop up n say HELLO!

Well they say so, atleast that is something. Perhaps the DLC or information on the DLC release date will be revealed on the 26th or roughly round abouts.

Screw it, if it comes out it comes out, if it never comes out then that's fine too. Bethesda's lack of interest in informing their fans has given me a complete lack of interest in their product. Any anticipation Dawnguard had generated in me has long gone.

Honestly, I am losing my interest in Dawnguard.

I understand that business is business. Microsoft got a 30 day exclusive. Fine...what i dont understand is why Bethesda can't give some kind of statement saying whether or not to expect Dawnguard for other platforms at all. The way they are keeping this secretive is not good business. I am not even asking for a date. I am just asking for some kind of time frame of a release, if there is to be one at all.

That...in my opinion...is bad business.

I would not be surprised if Bethesda does not meed their profit plan this quarter...honestly, many ps3/pc users are not willing to wait/pay for a product when they feel like they are not important enough to get even a response from Bethesda.
