Specs:
i7 2600k OC at 4.5 Ghz
ASUS P8 P67 Deluxe Mobo
GTX 470 in SLI with 2 Setsugen GPU coolers
Win 7 Utimate
This rig runs CRYSIS in 1920 x 1080 with Vsync and 16Q on max settings with 50 to 70 FPS.
* I hope to run crysis 2 on max with good framerate*
If you can run crysis at max with that framerate, I suggest you go down a little on the Anti-aliasing (maybe 8 or 8Q) and try to force transaprency AA on the nVidia drivers. Though it didn't work right at the beginning, it works really fine now, and it REALLY looks a lot better with TAA at x2 or x4... It will get your fps a little down, but it's worth it.
My suggestion is to put FSAA at x8 and TAA at x2, maybe x4... Big difference!
BTW, what are you using to cool down your brand new sandy brigde i7? You have got some serious OC on that chip!!!
