Haven't got mine from Amazon, ordered 4 months ago and paid first class which was to arrive on release date - as per Amazon at the time.

I will be requesting a refund of that part, especially given the reports of people ordering in the alst few days and getting theirs today. Amazon should really know better than to trust the shocking post office service in the UK.

BTW, post arrives at my house between 4 and 5 in the afternoon, I wonder if they hold off parcels if they have too many?

My post comes at about 8:00 in the morning, that's how close I am to the sorting office. I ordered first class, I still don't have it.

Distance to the sorting office should make no difference. My workplace is in central London, we get two deliveries of post a day. My copy of Skyrim wasn't delivered to my workplace today as it should have been.

Amazon refunded my p&p but said to wait until the 19th before contacting them again about the game.

I told them that if it didn't arrive this morning I am going out to buy the game locally and will return their parcel.

Very poor service for pre-orders, sounds like shopto are the way to go in future.
