even most of the people said its only for the console version cause there is a mod to do this long time ago so i think its only for consoles
Can you imagine that there might be new assets in this mod that modders can draw from to make even better mods? I do believe many modders enjoy DLCs just for the added content they can then in turn work with.

Basemants anyone? Secret underground base anyone? Never ending secret underground base?

If Hearthfire allows us to build a basemant, surely a passage leading off that would open up a limitless house expansion.

So we can build extra rooms on our house, ground floor, first floor, maybe even higher, but this limits the expansion of our house. The house has to look the same on the outside (assuming you enter a new zone when going through the door) as it does on the inside, that room you have coming off your kitchen, needs to have a roof and walls on the outside as well. This however wouldn't matter if it was underground, you could make a massive underground base and it wouldn't matter how it looked on the outside, anyone think this could be a possibility?

I really hope I can build a Breton style home.

Say NO to the " ONLY NORDS IN SKYRIM " crap.

If you want to troll the Nords, all you have to do is build your house Snow-Elf style.

I always thought it would be seasonal foliage/domestic stuff (not housing building though), or magic related stuff.

So we have a general hearthfire thread, in the hearthfire forum...

I don't think we need this here since hearthfire has it's own but okay.

this sounds kinda cool actually, i mean its not what i was expecting but eh. I actually can't wait to build my own house/stronghold, was one of my favorite things about the morrowind great house quests and this sounds quite a bit more detailed.

DLCs should cater to all character types imo.

Yes, but it can favour a certain field, Dawnguard strongly favours the antagonist, no?

As a pure mage, and the protagonist, Dawnguard doesn't offer me much other than more quests.

The Antagonist being the Vampires?

Well, seeing as how
Spoiler
you can get everything the vampires get while siding with the Dawnguard + lots of other stuff, Id say it favors the Dawnguard side.

I definitely like these ideas. I also wonder, if you buy a plot and make a small home on it, will we be able to add on later? I might not want to buy a new lot elsewhere just to have a bigger home later. I'd rather build on to the one I have already. Especially if I love the area it's in.

I'll get it if there's more high elf marriage options and kids that aren't just humans.

Otherwise, I can buy a pack of smokes instead.

I would like a Secret Underground Base.

Alchemy Lab for Building Deadly Poison
a Invisible Carraige to Escape if a Army of Giants Attack
Books on Everyone born
Books on Every Villian in Skyrim

Minigame:

Defeat All Villians in Skyrim

Chest contains:

Sky-bat Costume

Able to Jump higher and Soar for 3 Seconds
(Skyrim Logo instead of bat)
Cape

Would rather build my own castle filled with the undead/Daedra.

Perhaps they will have an "undead" ancient Nordic ruin architecture option for our home?
