Maybe lichdom isn't as cool as it used to be, why would you do that when you could simply become a vampire.

Liches are stronger than Vampires... Way much stronger.. Seriously, a very powerful Ancient Lich can easily make a Vampire Lord look like a pathetic rabbit.

Lich DLC would be very unlikely.
Vampire Lord= Flying Undead Mage
Lich = Another Flying Undead Mage

This wan't happen.

@ Cryticus

That's what I hope, a bigger Winterhold ( I know whats happened, but serious 4 houses). And of course the ruins of the city, where are they? There are no ruins. In TES there are thousand year old citys and you can still visit there ruins. And Winterhold ruins would be only 80 years old. Also some more live in the Sea of Ghosts (Dreughs and wales !) and some expand to the Colle questline. I mean it really svcks. It was very short and unsatisfying, the beginning was the only good point. Also the eye of Magnus, I like it when thing remain partwise a mystery, But this thing there is really nothing about. All we know it's powerful, magic and the Psjiic Monks know more about it. Great and thats the Main Story of the Mages.

Maybe not in DnD (or even prior TES, can't recall. But in Skyrim, yes, they fly/float. Dragon Priests.

Floating is different than flying. I know that Dragon Priests and the Liches of Oblivion will gently float above ground, as well as water. But they don't actually 'fly'.

I'd just be happy if they implemented spellcrafting in Hearthfire. XD

Heh... yeah, I'm with the 'not another undead expansion' crowd. I'd prefer at least another worldspace to travel through, hopefully with a REAL MAP, unlike Soul Cairn in Dawnguard. Urgh.

Seriously... It would have been wonderful if there was an actual Soul Cairn map when you opened the map menu up while wandering about the place. It makes me wonder if user mods can have their own maps at all, or if the game is hardcoded to Skyrim?

I heard it was going to be about Malacath and the orcs. I remember some guy giving a decent argument for it that had something to do with the name of the DLC and the name of Malacath's realm. I don't entirely remember it.

Yeah, Griffix4 had http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1405056-skyrims-second-dlc-thoughts/page__p__21413450__hl__ashpit%20malacath__fromsearch__1#entry21413450 in another thread, very interesting indeed.

Nope that guys is completely wrong who posted his evidence. "The floor usually bricks in front of the fireplace, that extends into the room." So there is no ash, so his ash=ashpit is wrong. With his logic, the word corn in a DLC would mean the dlc would be about unicorns.

I am really disappointed with Hearthfire. I thought they were going to show off another expansion that would come out in November perhaps. I am disappoint.

I'll build a house but don't want a brat around it. The random ones in the towns are annoying enough

Anyways i'll be picking this up since it doesn't cost much. If the price was any higher i'd probably give it a miss. I play the sims when I want to do that kind of stuff.

Hmmmm, thank god, at least no boring Zombies.
Hearthfire looks like a kind of "The Sims" addon for Sykrim.
Probably perfect for my daugther - but she is not allowed to play Skyrim yet...

I'm the opposite, I would like to raise some bad ass children in Skyrim,
but having to design and build a house? Probably too boring for me.
So can we just have children without building a house?

Price point? 5 bucks - ok, 10 bucks - hmmm, >10 bucks - waiting for Skyrim Gold Edition

Now now, no need to cry about "Sims" edition.
People wanted to adopt, they got it. Nothing wrong with that :D
