Hey guys, just giving you a quick update. I arrived to work a couple of hours ago and i was late, mainly because I was dreading it and as a result missed my bus, I was only late by half hour. She called me over for a word and wanted me to explain to her why I was late, I said straight up it was because of this, I said I don’t feel comfortable with this, I don’t appreciate that I am being forced to do these things just to keep my life secure. She said she “doesn’t give a flying [censored]” about what I feel and that it was my own fault for coming onto her in the first place. She has said that because I was late I will need to make up the time and leave half hour later. Thats all thats happened so far, she been in meetings for the rest of the day thank god! Only now whenever shes in a meeting I am on the edge thinking will she tell them I did it?!

I have read alot of your suggestions and I liked the ideas of recording our ‘sessions’ and also using this thread as evidence, though right now I am thinking about just powering through and hope she gives in eventually. The reason I have decided this is as good as your suggestions are and your support is fantastic, this is still my life on the cards here and I don’t wanna jump into anything before seeing if it could die down its self. I will leave it a month, and if things haven’t changed I will pursue legal action and see where i end up.

I will keep this thread updated (along with continued threads that get created) just so you guys know the score, because reading your suggestions are fantastic and also funny which helps lighten my mood!

I've been in this sort of situation before (minus some of the crazy), and if she's anything like this other person she will get a bit of a power trip and make life difficult for a while and then settle for being rude when you do bump into her.

But then again, she set of a god damm fire alarm.

EDIT: Oops, late to the party. Well, if she gets you fired, you have a laundry list of things you can turn right back at her.
