Hints found about the next DLC Found in 1.8 Beta

Am I the only one concerned that with all this talk about the DLC dealing with Dragonborn? I will be upset if you have to become dragonborn to partake in the DLC. Bad enough you have to become dragonborn to do the cilvi war.

We can only speculate.

One can hope it handles it as subtly as Dawnguard did.

Who cares about dragons? What are those lines about broken items (near the bottom)? Or are they some kind of a leftover from Fallouts?
I also want to know about the "You have zero chance to hit." line. That reminds me of the dice combat rolls in Morrowind. So does that mean this game will actually have character skill now instead of play skill?

Yeah pretty much everything that Beth has made in the past has atleast some reference left in the EXE.

Imma scavange around the EXE some more and see if I can dig up some more dirt on this new DLC.

The SKSE team will probably unveil something too.

Well that is what I'm saying.

You CANNOT please everyone. One of these two will walk away unpleased, no matter what you do. That's simply fact. Unfortunately it seems Bethesda is in denial about this and desperately seeks to please everyone at all times. While that intent might be noble, it can often lead to sub-par results. All I ask is that they use personal judgement a bit more and learn how to say "no" when 15% of the fanbase wants something really stupid, and that the game have ONE focus that gets improved with every new installation, rather than "re-inventing" the game each time.

from the code provided in the screenshots I can draw that this Dragon would function akin to what I stated earlier about being "on rails" if even that you'd "give commands" to your Dragon on certain aspects and not control them directly...ON CERTAIN ASPECTS.

could be leftover from fallout, i can see some lines about VATS
