Morrowind feel again is my guess.
Morrowind: Every dungeon felt unique and could have a unique treasure. The cultural feel was breathtaking. Everything was just perfect.
Oblivion: Level scaling KILLED any sense of achievement, generic boring world, generic dungeons, generic characters, bland, impersonal, dull... i could go on.
I think Bethesda has learned alot from Oblivion and wont repeat the same mistakes. Skyrim has that cultural feel again, unique dungeons, a challenge, reduced level scaling, incredible voice acting, revamped skill/ability system , added perks (Great choice imo).
Morrowind was the [censored]!
I'm trying to kill some time by playing through OB again, however it's very difficult. I loved the game don't get me wrong, but when I played Fallout and saw what Bethesda could do on that level, OB just didn't have that omg feeling anymore.
And now from what I've seen on Skyrim, I can't wait for tomorrow night.
I'm also going retro and playing through Arena and Daggerfall.
