If there are 2 paths on a perk tree that lead to a specific perk, are BOTH paths needed to get that perk, or just one? Ie twin souls from Conjuration tree

1 goes to the end that is not related to weapon choice. then threes 1-3 other paths that does not go to the end but lets you do weapon specialization.

like extra boost to 1h axe or hammer or sword.

You click left trigger for left hand and right trigger for right in the hot key menu. If you want one spell in both hand you do both triggers on that spell.

Can you cast 2 diferent spells simultaniously like a fire and lightning spell or a frost and disintegrate?

Q: Do soulgems work more like Morrowind (contains the name of the captured soul) or Oblivion (just says "filled")

A:

Q: I've heard rumors of armor and weapon racks. Is this true?

Q: I've heard rumors of bookshelves that "activate" so you can place books. Is this true?

Q: Compared to Oblivion, how easy is it to place objects (like say, placing an apple on a plate on a table)?

ramrod24 - You mentioned that you were "let down by a few things and uplifted by a few things!"

What have been your biggest disappointments so far?

Do difficulty settings only influence NPC damage or also NPC health? If yes, did you notice a really big difference between difficulty settings in regards to NPC health?

Alrighty, i have a question that the last guy who claimed to be answering didn't answer ;p

Staves: Can we enchant and craft new staves

Seems like a no brainer but Oblivion didn't let us, the mechanics were there, there was just no way to get blank staves

Morrowind feel again is my guess.

Morrowind: Every dungeon felt unique and could have a unique treasure. The cultural feel was breathtaking. Everything was just perfect.
Oblivion: Level scaling KILLED any sense of achievement, generic boring world, generic dungeons, generic characters, bland, impersonal, dull... i could go on.

I think Bethesda has learned alot from Oblivion and wont repeat the same mistakes. Skyrim has that cultural feel again, unique dungeons, a challenge, reduced level scaling, incredible voice acting, revamped skill/ability system , added perks (Great choice imo).

Morrowind was the [censored]!

I'm trying to kill some time by playing through OB again, however it's very difficult. I loved the game don't get me wrong, but when I played Fallout and saw what Bethesda could do on that level, OB just didn't have that omg feeling anymore.

And now from what I've seen on Skyrim, I can't wait for tomorrow night.

I'm also going retro and playing through Arena and Daggerfall.

Do companions interact with other npcs? Say you walk into a tavern, do they just follow you around or they talk with others etc

Thanks a million! Also, when do you find out the Thalmor are behind the empire? And are they a major part of the story?

Hey Ram,

Are you playing the game on PC or Xbox? If Xbox, do you have installed? If installed, is their significant difference? Does it play bad/good on the disk?

Thanks for answers

You find out at the start of the game actually, but just through a single dialogue line.

Since my question seems to be ignored / overlooked I'll just ask again xP

Does light armor have a lesser penalty to magic regeneration than heavy armor?

Pls answer this, my build is quite dependant on it ^^

I don't care, I want bananas T_T

Well they're not a migratory species, so you'll just have to wait til they release a "Redguard" themed version of TES.

Since theres no medium armor, it kinda casts a doubt on credibility :P

Do you have exact numbers for the penalties?
