Perhaps as a joke, but I'm pretty sure I never did. I usually remember when I hit on people, and it wouldnt be on this forum.

Anyway, yes this is a case of the other moving way too fast. Makes me think he was after something else.

I don't know how I can explain it. We feel like we've known each other for years and we just have this huge connection. I guess with most people it takes them a lot longer to discover this. With us it didn't take very long to learn how much we love eachother. However I do believe we'll end up having a somewhat long engagement. But we both absolutely want to spend the rest of our lives together.

Edit: I should also point out that she asked me. SHE BEAT ME TO IT!!

A cynical reply would probably point out that you're both still in the grips of your initial attraction -- i.e. you've got crushes. A less cynical reply would state that sometimes people just get lucky enough to find someone they really click with.

I'll just say I hope it works out for you both.

I can really see your point and I realized from the beginning from an outside point of view it looks like we're really rushing things. And there's no way I can prove otherwise. I will say that she has already been in two long term relationships and both times she didn't come close to feeling what she feels for me.

Anyways I didn't mean to derail the thread. I hope things work out for the better for the OP.
