Right... but have you ever seen an attractive Used Car Salesman?

Lol :D. I think its more a personality thing than actual looks.

In Oblivion didn't the helmet not count towards a full set?

I'm so glad these perks make some of you miserable. Whine about having to wear a helmet? Why should the perk force you to wear gauntlets then? [censored], why should I have to wear the armor then? I should be able to get the perk as long as i'm only wearing 1 piece of the armor. They should cater to me! Whaaaaaaaaaa Beth! You should be appeasing me!

I counted up all the perks and I came to 248. I have read that there are supposed to be 280 (UESP). That is 32 short of 280 if this is truly all of them. Where are the missing perks. Are there special perks given during the course of the game?

Don't be a chode; no one has to love everything, it's not a big deal.

If the set up means you don't want to wear any light armor head gear. Then........don't get the perk.

Why not? You can get the perk anyway, but having it only apply when wearing everything could be an annoyance considering that Light Armor is the only natural defensive option for those who don't like Heavy Armor. A lot of people who use light armor don't like being forced to wear a full suit: that's kind of the entire point of Light armor. With the merging of Cuirass and Greaves, there's not even a practical difference between wearing just the Body part and wearing the full suit. The "Custom Fit" makes sense with light armor, but the other Full-Suit dependent perks have no decent reason to be less effective in even lighter armors.

"OH NO! I'VE TAKEN OFF MY HELMET AND NOW I'M A KLUTZ!"
"Not wearing thick leather gauntlets is making me tired"
"I'd have been able to easily dodge that blow if I was lugging around thirty extra pounds of glass on my body!"

I know this is a little off-topic, but does anyone have an updated list of race skill bonuses? (Khajiit in particular)

I don't want to go trawling through forums in case I spoil myself silly :shakehead:

Consider also that with the removal of medium armor, that means there is a very very small area for clothing items to fit into. IE all this trepidation over but but I don't want to wear head gear might be far less of an issue than is being made out.

Sure this has been answered, but do we have to buy all ranks of a multi-ranked perk to continue through the tree?

Thanks for the updates :)

I am about 99 percent sure you do NOT need to buy all ranks to advance. I bet you just need 1 to continue up the chain.

Can someone add some arrows to the flow charts please. These are nearly useless.

they start at the bottom and go up. If you are still confused, then remember novice is lower on the chain than expert.

Yes, we might have to start calling them the Lost 30, because that is a lot of perks we still don't know about.

Where are they?

I could see some being quest perks like in FO but I would be hesitant to think there were 30 though.

They could have been cut during the balancing phase. 250 or 280 it is still a lot of perks.
