Layout of perk trees

New tree : Lockpicking
http://i.imgur.com/QjVeJ.jpg

Excellent work with the laid out trees. Assuming any lockpick perks, one could expand and go straight to the second branch for additional gold/extra treasure
5 perks needed to get there, while skipping the convenience lockpicking perks that aren't essential or unique.

Thanks again for the layouts you have given.

What about the armor types not listed in the perks? I don't know about Mithrill but leather/fur armor IS is because it has been showed in several official screenshots. Are we allowed to create only the armors in the perk list?

New tree : Enchanting

Thanks Randalf. Interesting that the elements are treated as Fire
I'm not sure I like having to go through Fire and Frost to get to Shock, I'd hoped they would be separate branches. Oh well.

New tree : Enchanting

Thanks Randalf. Quick question about the trees. If there are two lines leading up to a perk, does that mean we need both pre-reqs or just one of the two? For example, to get extra effect in Enchanting, do we need Storm Enchanter & Corpus Enchanter or just one of them?

You don't need a perk to smith Tier 1 armours like Iron, Fur, Leather (+ maybe Bronze, Hide, Mithril and other unconfirmed armour materials).

EDIT: @_flow_: you only need one or the other, not both.

Can you smith fur and leather at all? They're not a metallic. It could just be the language they're using.

Good point. There are definitely tanning racks, which are used to put leather handles on a weapon I think. It's possible that they can also be used to make non-metallic armours; I'd be very surprised if you're unable to make basic light armours like Fur or Leather, especially since it's confirmed that you can make Iron without a perk.

Aha! That's the one I've been waiting for. For those who aren't aware, you can cross-reference the layout with the descriptions http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Destruction.

Excellent point, I hadn't picked up on that. My Nord heavy battlemage is going to Smith his own Dragonbone armour, make it Dragonbone Plate Armour, then improve it by double, THEN add two enchantments to every single bit of it.

In short, he's going to be indestructible.

I am kind of underwhelmed with the destruction tree. It is effective, but kind of boring. Pretty much the entire tree is just basic skill up style advance, look this does more damage, look this costs less magicka, the death blows happen at too low of a HP % to be cool, the place at longer range ones are useful and may end up being cool. About the only one I actually like is the stagger when two handing the spell perk. The rest just kind of seem necessary to be an effective destruction mage, but not really interesting since they could have just been handled through skill ups.

Can the OP update his first post and make this thread neater? I made a similar thread where it's all a lot neater... but don't want to steal OPs thunder.

Thanks for cleaning it up. I'll have mine closed. It's just a lot easier to read the OP for each tree then searching through the thread.
