Lesser: Argonian because the only time they've done something significant is when the Hist is controlling them
Superior: Breton(best human mages) because the are well rounded at everything, never has been taken over and a good portion of the Empire's good emperors have been Breton.

501 Nords wiped out a race that was on par with the Altmer of today. Nords aren't the weakest.

We know too little about the Akavir to say which one is greatest.

Altmer is still on top of my list of greater races, Khajiit the weakest.

You can read up on them on the UESP. It gives enough of a description on each to somewhat get an opinion.

Lesser: Dragons. Why? Because most of Tamriel's dragon hunting knowledge comes from Akavir.
Superior: Tsaesci. Why? Because, out of the major races on Akavir, the Tsaesci have had the most profound influence on Tamriel.

Khajiit is offended by your insult. He brings up the point that there are many more breeds than the Ohmes and the Suthay-raht. S'Vagabar would be interested in seeing Altmer fight an Alfiq, or even a Daji-raht

That is why Qa'Renrij allies himself with Ulfric Stormcloak, and will send a letter to Elsweyr once Solitude is taken. Then the Thalmor armies will have a much easier time taking Skyrim. Also, his brother S'Vagabar will assassinate Titus Mede II so the Empire is weak.
