I prefer ME1 galaxy map, but I don't like elevators. Load screens are much shorter and that's what I value. Elevators, I assume, always take the same speed no matter how fast your computer is because it would look weird how it one day would take 5 seconds to go to C-Sec and the other day it takes a minute.

Just a quick two second load screen suits me fine.

NOTE: There are spoilers for the whole trilogy in it.

They pointed out a lot of little issues I had with the game, and its NOT all about the crappy ending.

The ME2 animations were also of a fixed duration and timed for the "worst case" when it came to loading; the splash-screen mod made it much quicker. But I did actually enjoy the cheesy music and random conversations and announcements of the original... And was always impressed that Tali's even more fidgety than me!

I prefer the most the quick and silent mass relay of ME1 :P Whoosh whoosh loading complete.

I don't like elevators since I always get news, never the fun dialogues. :( Have to rely on Youtube to see them.

I enjoyed the elevators as well. The conversation made it feel like I was really getting to know who was with me.

Yeah, I had the PC version, so the elevators weren't that long. But the conversations and news broadcasts were worth it. Certainly more interesting than ME2's graphics.

I used the cars just to avoid the elevators :hehe: Seriously, two seconds of Citadel loading screen, or 20 seconds of people standing in elevator? Easy choice. Too bad you can't travel to the hangar.

And i for one prefer the ME2 laoding screens, there's something to look at there :hehe: ME3's work too since they are so short.

I must be the only person that infinitely prefers Meer's voice acting. I play renegade most of the time, and Meer gives it this brilliant sense of 'malicious disinterest', like he's doing this because he's slightly bored and has better things to do with his time, for God's sake. He's also brilliant in Lair of the Shadow Broker as well.

His Paragon acting is tops as well.

Hanging up on the Council is fun for the whole family.
I always do it the moment that damn Turian opens his big mouth.

"I don't need this..."

EDIT: Thank goodness for http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/6324/masseffect2012033010195.jpg

I always loved that armor.

In some games I do cut them off. In others I don't bother reporting. That depends on what type of character I play.

I found http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/323/index/10849566/2#10853489 interesting. Read the link in the first page. If that happened in Skyrim, OMG!!!!!!!

Wow. That's insane. Still, it's not like they have any other PR disasters to worry about so I'm sure they'll cope with the fallout just fine...

I cant stand Hales voice. So Meer wins by default.

Im with you. I dont like Hale's acting at all. She just sounds like a monotone drone sometimes, she might as well say what emotion shes trying to express before she talks, like the Elcor

Prefer Meer over Hale. Though there are times when one or the other does a particular scene/line better. Just overall I prefer meer's.

I prefer Meer as well, but maybe that's because I've only done a female playthrough once or twice.

Well I'm now onto ME2 after my ME1 playthrough earlier and Meer does seem to be getting better. I definitely prefer Hale though...

Spoiler
I almost didn't cure the genophage on my most recent ME3 playthrough, I was going to but I couldn't work up the nerve to shoot mordin, (I actually did but I felt so sad that I reloaded my autosave to do it a different way).

I'm glad I got through ME2 without shooting myself, I completely hate the combat in it, the way shep runs, the way he reloads, I even hate the way enemies health bars look. I'm not playing ME2 for awhile now, so I'll just keep importing my ME3 characters over and over when I beat it, anyone else dislike ME2?

It doesn't make *that* much of a difference, but 5000 EMS will get you the "best" ending(s). As I said, keep expectations low...

So I'm onto the Tuchanka segments of ME3, and I'm looking at b2 seperate missions.
Spoiler
1 to investigate Reapers, and another to cure the genophage.
Which 1 should I do first so I don't progress the main storyline just yet?

As I play through both ME1 & 3 I notice something that really bugs me about 3.

For every single time Shepard talks in #1, you choose what he/she says. For every 3-5 times Shepard talks in #3 you get to choose what they say. This is probably my biggest disappointment with #3.

Does scanning the keepers have any future effect? I'm getting a bug where the las one won't register.

Note to all vanguards on Silver. There is no rule saying that if you don't charge Banshees, you no longer earn money or XP for that match. So stop. [censored]. Doing. It.

Actually, one of the biggest problems I had with ME1 is the fact that while you can choose dialogue options, several of them just lead to the exact same dialogue. Literally only the quote on the dialogue wheel is different.

You get an e-mail in ME2 from the guy you did the quest for, and I believe it changes based on how many you scanned. That's about it.

Nope, it was too obvious to even be that. It was just an annoying way of padding out the gameplay.
