Holy crap, Jiub is in the Soul Cairn? Haha. For those who do not know, Jiub is the first NPC you meet in Morrowind. He has the same voice and everything. I am watching it right now.

Because he's just some random [censored] on a boat who proceeds to get all this awesome lore and backstory attached to him in future TES titles. That's how badass he is: barely says a word one moment, then the next moment he's St. Jiub the boss.
