yeah i guess it could mean that for xbox, but for them to only put ps3 in brackets after long term play issues related to memory makes me think its still gonna freeze on xbox. Freezing happens after much longer play on xbox cause of how the memory is used(much more efficiently) so i hope we arent gonna have to wait for everyone to start getting save files that are huge until beh realises. I think its around 6mb on ps3 when lagging and freezing starts and around 16mb for xbox. Fingers crossed.

also i hope that the fixes apply to characters in progress like you said, there is NO way im creating another character. I used he elder scrolls wiki to complete every quest in every city, the only things left for me to do are the dark brotherhood, the thieves guild and then to individually go to each location on the map and clear it. It would kill me if i couldnt carry on.

Glad to see such a long list. So will I be able to join and complete the stormcloaks quest worry free now? Ive been waiting on that quest for weeks.

Im hoping for this too since like u do i also use the Wiki too to complete every quat...im currently doing main quests and after that ill jump into city by city.....so lets see and pray...

wow a big list. No fix for the foresworn conspiracy bug with the markarth guards. Great, the only bug I have in the game isnt fixed

The only major bug I have in the game is the Markarth Guard bug. I was hoping the latest patch would fix the problem because the shrine of talos trick doesnt work for. Neither does the liberating the reach do the trick because these are all stormcloak soldiers trying to arrest me.

The closest thing I read in the notes to this issue is this:


"

Fixed issue where killing guards in Cidhna Mine woud block progression for “No One Escapes Cidhna Mine”



Does that mean that the Markarth guard conversation loop will be fixed?

Yes, it would be nice to not have to do everything again; I've only got one character but I've got 260 hours invested in him.
That said, I am planning a second playthrough with a different character anyway, so....
But really, I'd rather keep going with my current character.

i guess we will have to wait ....whats the specific bug ur experiencing ??? being attacked everytime u go to the city??? if thats so i probably fought once u escaped the mine ....ppl are having this issue when they took a side while they were fighting....

They try and arrest me. Funny thing is that I remember just casually walking away after the break out. Also I did the stormcloak mission where I had to black mail the secret talos worshipper in Underground Keep, I picked his lock without getting caught and exited the building just fine. The bug seemed to have started after the stormcloaks took over.

If you walked out without throwing a blow then it has to be related to the stormcloaks quest since when i complete the escaping i just took mine items back and left in the middle of the fight and nothing happened i can go there without problem .....

Its funny that the stormcloak soldiers in Markarth try and arrest me everytime but other stormcloaks in camps dont even bother me at all. Fix this Bethesda!

I thought the "animal extinction" quest would be in there, it seemed a lot of people where experiencing the same thing as me that the animal is dead already and can't complete it. I guess there is a lot to fix maybe next patch.

I didnt see anything about quest items like the drum / lute / flute being properly removed from players inventory when they should be.
Or anything about the day not changing at midnight like it should. It changes at 2am for one of my characters, 10am for one that I deleted a little while ago.

I have more problems with the "freeze lag" out in the open, i guess it might be the cache problem. The picture freezes but not the music i guess it is when it loads the textures. Can be seen in a couple of places in this video i made. I have ~172h and 13MB save file.

i have this exact same problem with Xbox's 'freeze lag'. it's even worse when you are moving on horseback.

@OP - I am surprised at some of the stuff they left out. esberns potions not working, quest items being stuck in inventory. But I guess we'll have to wait for another patch.

Yeah, that is a techie one. With the wording I have to believe that item is targeted at modders. But it could also just be worded poorly. Maybe they just copy and pasted it from and internal memo or something.

things like... self replicating keys? I'd think it would be addressing scripts that cause memory leaks or loop, like the key issue thats been popping up lately.

you mean there can be a possibility of added fixes? If so then can you give us any sort of indication on the Markarth Bug with the conversation loop?

I see that the ash pile bug has been fixed, and the numerous bugs with Blood on the Ice.

I did not see the issue resolved where the enemies are not properly respawning. I go to an area kill the enemies on the outside if a dungeon and they do not respawn ever. Most of the dungeons say they are cleared except one, Fort Greymoore.

I also did not see a fix for weapons and arrows being cleaned up from the world properly. The enemies drop or fire just stay in place forever. The bound arrows also litter the ground everywhere. After they are on the ground for a while they begin to float above the ground.

Third I did not see a fix for the save files. If your save file trails off the screen they disappear, yet they are still there if I save from 600 to 620 I will only be able to see 610 to 620. If I delete some saves the older saves will reappeaer but I rid have save 601 disappeaer as I was deleting and reappear when I deleted two more saves. Also if I overwrite one save it overwrites a completely different file.

Last I did not see a fix for the exploding item bug that makes it impossible to decorate and set up your house. You set up items and they end up in the floor. Also the claws move like they have minds of their own and the Dibella statues disappear from your home.

I have these bugs currently with 1.3.
