PCPS3 Release Date Thread part 15 : V

I hope everyone can be civil about this subject. While it's perfectly fine to have a negative opinion about the lack of a solid release date, you have to express them in a civil and mature way. We do not want to see immature hostile posts :nono:

Anyway, the only official word we have as of now, is from http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1398818-inquiries-re-dawnguard-release/. So unfortunately we have to wait until there is more information.

We have not announced release plans for Dawnguard on platforms other than Xbox 360 (available worldwide). As soon as there's any new information to share, we'll let everyone know.

Well I do love Bethesda , I do love everything they release and enjoy it.
What annoys me is their " We love Xbox 360 and care only about them , ooh PC players made our company ? no matter , Xbox 360 ! "

*Sigh* Still no information oh well, guess I'll pick up my Oblivion copy again.

On topic though, I understand that Microsoft pays a sum of money for exclusivity, and I can bear with it but that comment about that they haven't announce any release plan for other platforms other than Xbox ticks me off a little.

I fully understand why people are feeling frustrated & in a sense why they are "demanding" a response, it's usually good practice to keep the customers informed but as usual the vacuum of silence has lead to some outrageous hostility.
I'm waiting for Dawnguard to get me back into Skyrim again & to keep me away from the serious business of internet spaceships(EVE, Todd will hate it, It's all spreadsheets:))

I'm content to wait a bit & hope that it's released sooner rather than later.

So, In good spirits i tell thee Bethesda, SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

I don't see what you're trying to say, but in regards to your first post, why the hell do you feel so entitled? Microsoft paid for Dawnguard, X-box gets it first. End.Of.Story.

I didn't say they owe me something because I'm on PC.
I say they should respect everyone and do more extras for the PC as the PC were their founders.
Now that I'm thinking of it the PS 3 should get extras too.

PC is more or less even with our privileges of Console commands and mod, and creation kit they worth more than the dlc.
PS3 on the other hand....

I see what you're saying, but I don't get why they should do extras for anybody. By that logic console gamers should get loads of extras in Dark Souls that PC users shouldn't get, but that doesn't seem fair now, does it? Same applies here. How do you think X-box users would feel if we got extras that they didn't? And don't say them getting Dawnguard first is an extra, as we WILL get it eventually.

I can fix the bugs by myself , many other things that worth the DLC and even better.

But I'm trying to say that Bethesda shouldn't act like they don't remember about how the PC community made them what they are today.

I am hoping Dawngaurd is released by Quakecon (sp?), I am planning on going to the event.
I may have to fire up Oblivion and install the latest version of FCOM.

You are conveniently forgetting the CK which of course the console users don't get. Plus, was the Xbox available when Daggerfall/Arena were released? Don't think so.
