Just a feeling brosefs =)

Then rephrase your misleading comment. Because that's borderline trolling right there.

I am afraid its not a matter of impatience but a matter of people feeling as if there was a display of ill will toward them from Bethesda. People will of course complain invariably but I am afraid their lamentations are not as exaggerated and as profound as people like to draw them as.

Edit: In addition to this, a declaration of belitting(quite strongly at that) of those that frequent your forums is disheartening. The event of said accusation may be seen on page five of this forum post. The person you had chosen to exemplify displayed no true hostility toward anything but the fact that Bethesda was proving to the world they are a business.

The first sentence is the only thing I see here that could be worthy of any intelligent antipathy, it wasn't uncivil or immature.
true that

The fact that Pete didn't deny that it was cancelled worries me greatly.

Yea I can see that, but let me say this,

"Just sit tight"

is good news, he isn't having us "sit tight" to hear some bad news, I mean it would just be asinine to come out with anything other then a release date. I mean but who am I freaking kidding, should we put anything past them at this point lol?

I dunno. Gstaff told PS3 users to sit tight/be patient/whatever and then came back months later to tell us patch 1.6 was being rolled into patch 1.7. Not exactly "good news," considering the patch had been out for two months on other platforms by the time we even found out what was happening with us.

Has anyone else watched (and rewatched) the 360 walkthroughs and have further more, burnt themselves out?

I cant stand looking at another crossbow tbh..

Watching people play it just makes me want to play it more and more. We have complete junk for quest mods at the moment.

I've managed to stay away from anything more than looking up names/pics of new NPCs and creatures on UESP. xD Amazing. I don't usually have this much willpower when it comes to stuff like this xD

Sad thing is Bethesda puts out the games i enjoyed the most andt as pc user i'm getting alittle tired of being treated as a second class citzen by Bethesda. The only way they would ever know if alot of people joined together and boycotted there games or DLC's, but lets face facts that not enough people would back that up to hurt the pocket book. I hate to admit it i'ld even have trouble doing that myself.

I have played there games since the beginning and it just feels like a kick the nuts.

The least Bethesda could do is issue a tube of KY in the box sets so it wouldn't hurt so much when they screw us.

To be honest, I am disappointed at Bethesda.
Bethesda didn't release the HD DLC right away at the day game launched, for what?
Since the default textures are merely downscaled from HD DLC, Bethesda could had packaged the HD textures into PC retail.
I guess Bethesda is just afraid 360 players may complain about that so PC players can't enjoy HD DLC until most 360 players get tired of Skyrim and start to play other games.

No point in spoiling it for myself. I took a brief glimpse on Gamespot to see what the art direction was and that was it. Am enjoying what i already have on pc which is plenty and not taking things for granted.

I think to know whats going on with the release date this is all just guessing but i think, they try to play inocent buy making us wait longer than a month making us think they are doing it to take all the bugs out before releasing it to PS3 and PC. this can be true, but that would mean they didnt release it early to the Xbox360 but gave them a payed beta test so either way they ripped somebody off.

Just about every Bethesda game is a paid Beta, I can't think of any game of their's that isn't riddled with bugs even after several patches.

I think I might go back CoD. Cos they actually stick to the 30 day exclusivity for the xbox. They don't make us ps3 players wait another 3 months.

at least it makes me feel a little better thinking XBOX360 players just payed to play in a beta test, even if its not true.

Yes, I have seen those things, many many times, but no, the only thing burnt out is going to be the vampire lairs.
I can't wait for crossbows, I've been waiting for their return since Morrowind, and frankly as a long time PC playing fan of the Elderscrolls (2005), I still have absolute faith in Bethesda.
Anyways, my favourite spoiler is of a 4000 year old "artifact" who I absolutely know shall become an invaluable asset to my game...

Skyrim is Bethesdas "Rubber Soul", and the next one in the series will be "Revolver" without doubt!

Don't forget that 360 will also always get patches before other platforms.

Yup, and as immature as their community is, they take those kinds of deals with far more grace than this one initially did.

I can understand annoyance with the lack of info though. The only thing that has been crystal clear in this whole saga was the xbox deal. Moar clarity next time pls Beth k thx bai.

did you have to point that out to me. i didnt know about that and now i hate bethesda even more.
didnt PS3 player pay just like evryone els for the game, if so then why cant they just support them equally, if not then i would like my money back because i did pay for the game.
might just as wel have buyed a illegal copy, i would have had the same support maybe even more!

Bethesda is biting themselves in the hiney by their shoddy treatment of the PC/PS3 players. I for one will think twice before buying any future Bethesda game. And before purchase I'll demand a statement what their plans are regarding any future DLC's.

Prediction: In the end the bad publicity and badwill created here and elsewhere will cost Bethesda $$$ down the line.

I never said it was gonna "make Bethesda announce something".

I said it's solid evidence to all the people shouting and screaming; "WE AREN'T GETTING DG ON PC".

All possibilities that it is some kind of *Different* DLC are eliminated by the fact that the DLC was uploaded on the 27nd (The coincidence would simply be abnormally huge).

I can confirm your point, as I work for another developer. The files are being uploaded first to Steam for approval. There might be internal Non-Disclosed testing, which is a good sign.

On the other side, I′ve known files uploaded onto Steam being held lot of time

if what you say is true and you work for another developer, you should speak with your boss, because this would be the perfect oppertunity to release a fantasy RPG in the style of the elder scrolls serie.
bethesda would probably do this kind of stuff again and it would be nice to have a other game to buy and play if that happens.
