PS3 Release for Dawnguard-Thread #26 : V - Skyrim

I'm with you. I played around 80 hrs of Skyrim, loved it to bits, quoted it several times as "OMG Its the best game ever man!"; but I got to admit when I saw how the DLC was XBOX timed exclusive I knew then we wouldn't be getting it at all. I mean think about it - if M$ have paid them a load of cash to frig over us PS3'ers, why are they gonna dedicate any more resource to us? They probably got I dunno lets say 100 people working on XBox DLC, and the PS3 team is one kid on work experience, whom the XBOX devs don't even invite out for lunch.

So yeah, it p1ssed me off at first - then I moved on. Guild Wars 2 currently compensating nicely!

Guild wars seems nice but i do not have the cash for it, i poor all my time into Continent Of Ninth now.

But again, there were problems with just the base game.

It shouldn't have even been released if this were the case lol.

I agree, i got the game not 3 days after its release and the very moment i put it in and started it up, i got a crash problem and it did not stop there. Let me ask you something, has anyone ever gotten the Glitch dragon?

You have no clue what hell he brings to the game and killing him...dear god the aftermath of it was a nightmare.

Last I saw, it was because they were having resource problems on the PS3. I mean, that system only has 256MB of RAM among the other aging parts.

Whenever I see someone post this as an excuse to why Beth is taking so long with dlc, I always assume it's someone who doesn't own a ps3. Before the game was released they said there would be timed exclusives coming to the xbox first. It is heavily implied that when a unreleased product is attached with the timed label, that the other platforms will get them at a later date. Judging by their responses that they simply have trouble getting it to work. Bums should have just called it an exclusive game never to appear on ps3 before they released it. Would have saved all parties time and money. Ps3 owners don't waste money on a glorified coaster and Beth saved money on patches.
