Personally, unless they are adding them as little extras for a dlc, I don't want them to pursue any further of the game jam ideas they had. That's not to say some of them couldn't be good, but I was kind of on the fence for the Vampire Lord thing. It worked out because they had a good story backing it up, but in all honesty, I think there is a lot more fertile ground to go after outside of new shapeshift forms. The shapeshifting forms aren't really that useful anyhow outside of low levels. Once you get to about 25, maybe higher, you are really gimping yourself by shapeshifting, not to mention the fact that EVERYONE becomes hostile to you and you can't pick up gear. If the shapeshift forms were implemented in such a way that they radically changed the way you played the game or added on some dimension that was really fun to work with, then I would say go all in, but as it is, I'd rather they not.
I would like to see them build up a different land mass for us to explore. Orsinum has been posited as the next land mass for dlc, and that would be pretty sweet. Anywhere would be great, just so long as it isn't a plane of Oblivion. It was cool for Shivering Isles to take some portal on some little patch of land to a new world. It worked for the Soul Cairn too. However, I think we are at the point where portals are a little contrived. If you have to, use a boat or something, but I would much prefer to get a dlc that adds on land mass I can just walk right into as easily as walking from Windhelm to Riften. New weapons, new armor, and some "it" feature. Something that defines the dlc and gets everyone excited, which is something I think Dawnguard flubbed, not because the "it" feature in Dawnguard was bad, but because it was something we already knew about AND it was a feature dedicated to one side of the dlc, and not the other. I know you could play a VL on the Dawnguard side, but you lose all access to the Dawnguard questgivers, and you don't have access to all the useful vampire artifacts and other odds and ends, so it is really a losing deal.
