Ps3 Lag

Post » Tue May 15, 2012 7:53 am

None of my PS3 games have any lag. Or if they do, I don't notice them because they're so quick. I'm really not at all worried about this, and neither should you be, OP.

I have an old 60G PS3, and I'm getting the game tomorrow. I hope I don't experience any lag!

Sounds like every ps3 game that's not a ps3 exclusive

Sounds to me like you don't own one, or at least the newest version. I haven't experience any FPS lag on ANY title I've played, regardless of exclusivity. Nice attempt at flame bait though.

I have a theory... maybe the Old PS3 version have those issues... maybe who have PS3 Slim won't have those issues...

Because i heard PS3 playes saying that the game have no issues.. just shadow flickering sometimes.... but i also heard from another PS3 players, saying that PS3 svcks and have lots of issues...

Maybe the old version of the PS3 have those issues, and the PS3 Slim don't have issues ?

I have the oldest PS3. And i NEVER lag. Explain this.

I LOLED SO HARD I ALMOST FELL OF MY CHAIR

It's true, newer PS3s have less lag than older ones. That's a fact.

Personally I think it was sluggish on both consoles, not specifically FPS drops but the input felt delayed and joystick acceleration wasn't a plus.
Hoping that's not the case for PC...

I have just looked my son over the shoulder as he was playing on his PS3 (bought last x-mas). It was indeed a bit laggy with kinda low framerate, he was pretty surprised because he never saw that in other PS3 games before. I have no experience with PS3, but he's an expert with consoles ;)

I am also annoyed, because i am sitting on my godless preload w/o bering able to play on my PC since Steam just doesnt activate the sweetness yet here in germany ;(

So both are annoyed at least ;)

Hey guys, actually just saw first PS3 footage at youtube and its pretty amazing, also i heard bad news.

Game haves fps drops, i hope ur rdy for that

Idk what ps3 he had, so maybe better ps3 runs it better..?

Do you guys know about this? is it going to lag much on PS3? I really want to know becouse i got it pre-ordered on PS3, so yeah, replys, please.

Nothing to fear. FPS drops happen only occasionally when there is a lot of action (many opponents, many effects, dragons) and the game stutters only during autosaving.
The game runs fine.
Also check out the reviews. Nobody mentioned bad framerate problems.
Edit: I'm playing on a FAT 80 GB model!

Most of the reviews were for the 360 though. I'm just saying.

Bethesda was paid by Microsoft to showcase the Xbox version, not to make the PS3 version inferior. Just because they were getting paid a little [censored]-ton on the side to show one version doesn't mean all the other versions svck.

Well, for PS3 owners still worried this video might make you feel better. It's not in relation to FPS, but still nice.

Nobody in their right minds would ever think that.
They would never deliberately sabotage their product. The question was whether they had the ability to make it on par with the lead platform.
They proved us that they did. Still, they should have promoted the PS3 version instead of hiding it.
