Civility is only reserved for those that show respect. It's because of things like this...

and this...

Not being specific or clear with anybody as to what the problem is with the performace, or even giving a glimpse of what might be wrong...

It's crap like this why you guys get so much hostility and really don't deserve to have civility anymore, because you've shown a complete lack of respect for an entire gamer base which USED to love your games.
Civility its due to everyone - and so respect - they don't have to be specific, even because knowing the problem couldn't change the situation or give to you the exactly scheduled release date
however,i'm ashamed to read all this negativeness and rudeness about a "simple" videogame that is intented to entertain people
bear in mind that beth doesn't need ps3 sales, their only purpose is to give to all their fans the opportunity to play their games, you're the customer and fan so you've to be civil and patient in the case you want to buy and play the dlc- if and when they will be ready to release it for ps3 of course

1.7 is not in Europe yet? And it doesn't even fix anything. Yes, I know it fixes that Kinect crap, but that's ridicolous as I and many other people on Earth simply doesn't give a faahk about it.

Respect due to everyone?? To get respect you must earn it! In this case from the consumer (PS3 players).... Why would the consumer need to earn their respect when we arent the ones getting their money? Thats a silly silly statement... Admit it or not, they have been very distant with PS3 community. Me personally, as I said earlier, im fine waiting for a more complete dlc. However, Bethesda is borderline making a mockery of the PS3 community. As you said, all this over a "simple" video game, which you are correct. Although, since its so simple, why make it such a complex situation? Bethesda is just another company, they will by no means get any unnecessary respect unless they earn the respect. Bethesda has been a very successful company but I believe they are taken a lot for granted in the way they have addressed this situation.

you see ? how could you pretend respect when you use offensive terms like "silly" ?
you haven't payed yet for dawguard,so you couldn't pretend nothing, plain and simple
lack of communication ? yes,you care about it,100000 other people don't and prefer to wait in silence perhaps

bear in mind that "the real world" its a bit different from forums, social networks and such things where you can even insult someone without consequences or express your opinion behind a monitor

Am i trying to get respect from you? Absolutely not. Am I trying to get respect from Bethesda? Absolutely not. Why? Because what good does it do me? Customer is always right. Correct? Which basically proves my point that Bethesda takes the community for granted, They seem as if they think "they will buy it regardless". That may be true.... But I bet they have lost a ton of money down the road. Lastly, me buying or not buying dawnguard is a moot point as well. Bethesda will make more games down the road... Correct or incorrect? All im saying is Bethesda has made a poor business move by the way this situation has been handled up to this point.

I'm really nervous and worried! >.<. Bethesda is planning on making a new DLC, but what about Dawnguard for PS3?!? Are they really planning on letting Dawnguard slip away for the PS3? or they're just barely working on it. I doubt it, haha. I still have my patience though. It's the same information given to us. Same... They should just be honest and tell the truth what's really happening.

A poor business move that will bring even your money to them - not to talk of the thousand of impatient customers that have buyed an xbox 360 or a pc to play dawnguard as soon as possible
and no, customer isn't always right - and certain threads and posts are the prove of that - until you don't buy something and pay for it you can't pretend nothing, remember

What the [censored] bethesda. First you delay the DLC for ages, because it's so hard to do something you've done before, and now the patch you promised last week, isn't here.

Lies, lies and more lies bethesda. Get your [censored] together.

Agreed. What's the point of trying to start a fight if you don't like the subject in the first place.

Man... if Bethesda publicly announces they are already making a new DLC BEFORE Dawnguard is released on PS3, I'll swear to every divine entity that I am going to get really, but REALLY pissed. Full of wrath and enraged for realz. Very very mad, yo.

To be honest I gave up on Bethesda releasing any DLC for Skyrim on ps3, I hope to see it but I don't think they care enough about the fanbase on our system.

Not that care for a DLC for skyrim that adds nothing to the crappy plot. But what they're doing is screwing up their customers.
