I think these discussions only got out of hand because we were left unmonitored for too long

Ya I know it offers more options but most of those option have been done in other mods so really not that much. Expect seeing your house in construstion form that's what I see the differences in HF and PC mods.

Beth may have made the build your house first before the PC modders but i'm still standing on that it still seem more of a PC mod than that of a DLC because of its size and all.

What suprise me about the video is they can do all that in a week but not fix the base game properly. Which agian PC modders fixed in two weeks and Beth is still working on it nine months later.

Aint that something?

Just goes to show you that PS3 was never, is not, and will never be their priority. No matter how much they say they're working on it, they're not doing enough nor dedicating even it's fair share to it. Asking for Sony's help is evidence enough.

A few hours is too long?

No, people got testy on something that is nobody's fault but Bethesda's and they have little in terms of places to vent their frustrations out.

Yes and no about the evidence yes because asking Sony for help also show how bad of a mess they made on the PS3 and no because the evidence started with Beth saying they will start patching the game after the holidays (christmas) any other dev would have been called out on realese of a bad broken game like that and then saying well starting fixing in a month and they knew about the mess before realese. Clearly Beth dosen't have pride in there work if they are ok of doing that.

There are no problems with people getting testy or having a little vent - it is the way many choose to do it that cause the trouble.

No offensive but PS3 gamers patience has been wareing thin lately not just with Beth but also with the Xbox and PC gamers remarks over and over and over again and now it has gotten to the point of rage and because of that asking poeple to control thier venting (anger) is that much more harder because we are at the rage point. It's like trying to stop a forest fire, it cost alot of resouces to try and stop but no matter what it's still going to keep going until everything is burned clean. (until they get everything off thier chest)

Ro, if you could remove the first two lines of this thread please, I'm really, really not enjoying the tone implied, yes?

I'm off to report a few individuals who keep doing repeat business as a**holes in here.

Let's keep this one a little more civil than the last one or there won't be a thread #20, yes?

So essentially, "If you guys continue to speak your minds on this subject we're going to shut you down since it's bad PR for us." Way to win over your fan base Bethesda. I have never felt like I didn't matter to a company as much as yours. Hell, you would find more love and positivity at the DMV.

I understand why there are frustrations, I understand that patience is wearing out but whatever happens there are still the forum rules to consider and they will be upheld. I am not trying to be officious, complaints, venting, moaning and groaning are allowed, the way in which posts are made to show dissatisfaction can be controlled by the person posting, and that is all we ask. Step outside those bounds and there will be a very grumpy moderator in your in-box with bad news. Plus we are very efficient fire fighters.

no its if the threads go off togic, like talking about assassians creed 3 or whatever, if theres more like that there will be no more & comments like that don't help either. calm down the moderators are not the enemy.

May sound like a svck-up, and this reply is more in general than at the quoted poster, but here goes anyways.

Message i'm taking from Ro is to take the high road as much as possible. Someone is blatantly flame-baiting, don't bite and report it asap. And i am personally ok with that. Makes the person trying to start mess look like the instigator they are and keeps the thread on topic.

I mean the mods are being very good about stretching the bounds of what is on topic here, keeping it as civil and classy as possible isn't too much to ask imo. Especially if it keeps the one spot i've seen on the net where ppl can actively discuss this whole situation going until some resolution appears.

You can even be more effcient if you get to the fire before it spreads out of control.

I'm ok with the mods telling poeple off for going overboard because you are doing what you are meant to be doing.

But I am not ok with you asking to try and control our venting right now because we are at the rage point because you are asking way more than you think i'm sure you know (we've all experience rage once in our lives) and sometimes depending on the person you asking way more than others.

Now granted you did say try but even still asking way to much at this point, like me for an example if I see an other PC or Xbox gamer quick remark i'll lose it and well attack the guy because it getting to the point where now they seem to be doing it on badness.

UPDATE:

Got a reply today for my Skyrim game exchange, it is possible to exchange the PS3 Skyrim BRD for a PC Skyrim CD/DVDRom. Just need $10.

Now if only they had provided me with an RMA number like they said they would, which they didn't. I provided them with the information they requested plus a question, but they never gave me an RMA number.

I say, they are doing a great job with reading my emails.

They are still [censored] me over, essentially charging me $10 for 10 months of playing a broken product. What was the initial cost of Skyrim on PC, was it also 59.99?

Also, to anyone that has played the PC version, is the creation kit part of the software?

Yup but that tends to happen when your slowly loseing the plot because now it seem that every PC and Xbox users remarks are always insulting you over and over agian and then thier Beth history with PS3 gamers which a good few I would say have came from fallout, so now adding more insult to injery. I'm suprise it's now at the breaking point after all these years.

I'm ok with the DG wait but I am not ok with is this problem they ran into goes far more deeper, mianly because if they coded and proberly fixed the game like the PC modders did in two weeks then this problem would never have happened. But as the saying goes karmas a [censored], Beth thought they can do the lazy way and not face that much problems now it looks like they went and cryed for Sony to help out.

Can we just stop moaning about the moderator's remarks, how they're handling this thread, and how people are flame-baiting? If you want to continue discussing the minutiae of what should and should not be allowed in this forum - PM the moderator.

..as for DG no news, of course.. At least they could release the barber. that can't be so hard to pull out and push to the Sony servers.
