Are there multiple variations of the same armor? For example I saw an NPC in a Dawnguard Vid wearing an one-shoulderpad version of the heavy dawnguard armor...Also I think the Light armor that Isran is wearing comes in a sleeveles version as well? I read somewhere about a Shellbug Helmet, is that a new unique Helmet.
Any screenshots of the new armors (don't care about quality) Would be very much appreciated. Oh and sorry for the tons of questions but I am really excited right now
Oooh, Gees I dunno what side to pick.. Also on a side note do you get any special weps as a Vampire? or do you only get VL form Thanks if you can answer!
Spoiler
Dawnguard:
1: Vampire Lord (They get it as well, after completing the quest line. 2: Armored Trolls 3: Up to 5 new followers. 4: Upgraded Crossbows and Bolts and the ability to craft/buy them (Vampires cant get the upgraded ones and can't craft/buy any bolts.) 5: Smithing and Archery trainers 6: 2 Husky Pets 7: A corundum ore mine in the back of the fort 8: a full forge area with workbench/smelter/grindstone (Vamps get this too, but no smelter) 9: Dawnguard Heavy/Light Armors, Heavy Shield, Warhammer (2H) and Axe (1h) (Technically, Vampires can get these by killing any DG member)
Vampires:
1: Vampire Lord (obviously) 2: Blood Potions (for feeding, which are useless since nobody attacks you on stage 4) 3: 2 Death Hound pets 4: Vampire Lord relics (rings/amulets) that upgrade your Vamp powers.
Anything I didn't list, both sides can get pretty much.

The dawngaurd side is really fun in my opinion. I feel bad that is get's outshined by the transformation. It has very interesting characters. It's sorta reminds me of early dark brotherhood but the good guy version. As a vampire though you tend to focus more around magic so most items gear towards that. mainly these rings that boost the power of your vampire form.

All the DG armors are different depending on color. the red light armor has no sleeves for instance. Shellbug Helm is a craftable chiton helm
A very NON spoiler question, how big is FV compared to point look out?
I've never played point lookout, but I can tell you that FV alone is bigger than Blackreach, and it has ridiculous amounts of caves/various areas in and around it that are new as well, and all connected.
Can you turn back into a vampire lord if you say complete DG then do the Companions and get transformed into a werewolf, can you then go back into a vampire lord form?

Yes getting re-turned into VL and WW cancels out the previous
Cool, ty!!! Also the new falmer armors, are they identical (visually) to the one found in the vanilla game?
They are new.
The Heavy Falmer Armor/Hardened Falmer Armor are full sets of chitin armor (new look entirely) that are identical to each other, but the Hardened has more armor rating, IIRC.
The Ancient Falmer Armor has 3/4 pieces (There is no helm) and it is
Spoiler
An ancient Snow Elven/Falmer armor, as the name suggests. It doesn't use chitin, but is actually the armor the true falmer used before they were corrupted by the dwemer

FV is a large hidden area in Skyrim where the temple of Auriel is. VL form is obtained by joining the Volkihar. Glowy eyes are now default for ALL Vamps in the game. VL Vamp and Thin-Blood Vamps are the same besides the Thin-Bloods cant turn into the VL
Larkon seeks the phophecy to free his people butt has let it become a sick obsession. However there is more to the prophecy.
Spoiler
Basicly the prophecy was written by someone who wanted to get vengence upon a god. To try and ruin the connection they had to the world.
I wouldn't say we learn that much about their past... I never really delved to much into the storyline for vampres though. I tried but I'm more of a Dawngaurd sorta guy.
What exactly is the prophecy?
You gotta remember I've only heard rumors in every direction and haven't played the DLC, so I basically know nothing of the storyline; I can only assume.
So wait, the vampires get the shorter end of the stick? I thought they would be equal because vampires were the main focus.
Unfortunately, yes, Dawnguard get (almost) everything that the Vampires get and more. The benefits of the Vampire side are most roleplaying. (Which is good enough for me, but I wouldn't have minded some more things to balance it out for the Vamp side.)
In your opinion, which side is better? Ive just been banished from the castle, but im thinking about reloading. But as im a wolf, i might stay with the DG (whom i think are pretty dikeish tbh) Also, i loath the Vigilants
