The women Molag Bal rap3d so that they could become vampires. Serana and her mother are two examples.

Lots of new encounters including Babette, Lycans, DG members refilling secret stockpiles, Vamps, Gargoyles, Deathhounds, etc

That is a Dwemer quest, the Snow Elf stuff is part of the MQ

Well I don't know if these encounters are what you have in mind but...

Spoiler

Sometimes you will spot vigilants fighting the undead, death hounds hunting. Also at times vampires will mascared as vigilants and then if you get close they attack with vampiric drain. Also random vampire attacks on cities.

What was was Valerica banished to the Soul Cairn? And is there any explanation on the Cairn other than it is just a realm of the dead? And lastly, are vampire afterlives explainted or touched upon?

Better than any Guilds do. Turning Civilians into Vamps, finding Vamp artifacts, hunting down Vamp agents or DG spies...lots of diff kinds

Both sides do, with quests including upgrades to crossbows/bolts and upgrades to vampire lord powers

Soul Cairn is revisitable if you are a Vamp, it is quite large (smaller than Point Lookout)

It is also revisitable if you are Dawnguard.

It can be discussed but so far nobody has been able to seal the deal...i mean do you really wanna touch that after what Molag did to it? SC is a daedric realm ruled by soul collecting beings that are never seen (Black soul gems are the key). Nothing special mentioned about Vamp hell

Ah, well, he essentially does that to any woman offered up to him on summoning day, and if the survive, they become pure-blooded vampires.

You CANNOT marry serana, as far as we knew in the beta version.

However, you can cure her of her vampirism. However, whether or not she will get herself cured is highly dependant on the dialogue options you chose with her as you progressed through the questline. I personally was not able to cure her playing on the DG side, but I've heard of people doing so by being kind to her throughout the story.

Careful though, the turning quests are really buggy for me and i do not know if Beth fixed them
