[Xbox360] Skyrim Bug Instalation Textures : V

Hello, I would first like to say that I do not speak English very well, so I apologize in advance.

I bought today Skyrim on Xbox360 and I played 2 or 3 hours, I wanted then instaled the game and I noticed that the textures of the game was much worse?!
I deleted the instalation and miracle, the beautiful textures are back.

This problem is known? You it will be fixed? thank you in advance for your answers.

It's Know. Do you download the 1.1 Patch? (Was it even downloadable?)

Also, It can sound strange, but could you send us a picture of the game case with a paper written "Skyrim Forums 10/11/11"? This way people cannot say that you is trolling.

Edit : When I started the game the first time today there was a patch.

This was pretty much confirmed, installing will make the game much worse on 360. patch 1.1 may fix it?

Then just don't download it to your HDD, problem solved? Untill a bear or a draugr breaks your disc you don't need to install it to your console, just saying.

Also, just play it off the disc is a really weak argument. Playing off the disc is extremely loud, makes your xbox very hot, and kills both the disc and the disc drive overtime. Everything people have complained about up to this point has seemed completely pointless to me, but this is seriously an issue. Bethesda needs to get their [censored] together quickly on this.

Curious, how long did the low texture last, did it go away eventually or is it stuck until you do something.
