Well I was curious about new beta and got some time so there comes the new version 1.13.1.0 BETA, compatible with Skyrim 1.6.87. (in the optional section of the download page)

Just found a bug with 1.13.1.0 BETA. I will post new fixed version within the hour. (Do not purchase perks from skill trees if you use it meanwhile)
