It would have been really cool to see Khajiit and Argonians get their own type of were-creature. In other words, Argonians, rather than turning into a werewolf, they would transform into some sort of werecrocodile, and Khajiit could turn into a werelion. IMO it would make more sense that way. [Yes, yes, I have had the same thought myself. That's something I could really get behi...]
That idea is actually against lore... [*WHAM*
Knocked down, kicked in the FACE! NOOOO.
] Oh and there are werecrocodiles down in Black Marsh, if they makes you happier at all... But sadly, we do not have a game in Black Marsh.
[Here's a lilly to make you feel better, as you lie in the mud, bleeding.] Wow...you really know how to crush a man's hopes and dreams. "sure, come comment on my thread, your opinion is welcome here." Then promptly pull the rug out from under them.
Werebears. Making the vampiric drain spell as strong as the NPC vamps.
This I like! ^
I wanted to see lore friendly Volkihar against the Order, in an all out battle against each other. I also wanted to see werebears, and lunar transformations.
That would have been great too! ^
- A realm the size of the Shivering Isles. The realm of Coldharbour.
- Order Vampyrum vs Volkihar vs Dawnguard.
- Thalmor and political intrigue . . .with Order Vampyrum.
- Cyrodiilic vampire gameplay(mostly vanilla Skyrim style with few tweaks).
That would be interesting too ^
Lore-abiding Volkihar
Cyrodiilic Order quests
Werebears
Spears
New behaviors for dragons (the diving thing is a one time only thing, missed opportunity)
A release on the PS3
All very good, but I especially like the bold ^

Adding my own thoughts....
I really didn't expect anything. I didn't do really any research on the DLC. I wasn't even aware of a DLC until about a month before release. I was just happy for an excuse to dust the game off and re-immerse myself

, and I was really excited to hear that they were adding something more to the Vampires and tinkering with the Werewolves. Beyond that, I never read too much into it.
I took the same approach to this DLC as I take with many of the movies I see. If you go into the movie expecting x, your bound to be disappointed when you either don't get x or it appears differently than you expected. Just go and enjoy the show for what it is. Good, Bad, utter Crap...you can still have fun and enjoy the ride.
