Well, if you look closely at it, it has a number of fish-like features. I think people just jumped to conclusions that we were going to get underwater combat.

Hopefully it means there are more than 30 - you get the vanilla "Explorer" achievement for discovering 100 locations, but there are around 350 marked locations and 200 unmarked locations in the base game.

I honestly doubt it, because beth wouldnt tease that much with the idea and besides there were Spear code lines found, if im not mistaken...

Most likely another lesser Daedra of Hermaeus Mora. It is in Apocrypha, after all.
But it resembles an Ascended Sleeper a bit.

On the 20 dollars thing.....20 dollars is unusually high for a DLC nowadays. Average DLC is between 800 and 1200 points. 1600? That's rare. Shivering Isles was around six years ago, when DLC on console was a new thing. They didn't know how to price it, so 30 dollars for SI could have seemed reasonable back then. Especially when you consider what they were charging for Horse Armor. It was adifferent time in the games industry and different time in the economy. Judging the DLC's content based off the price seems very sketchy to me. Consider that Point Lookout and Broken Steel individually offered more content than Dawnguard at 800 MS points. If anything, at 20 dollars, Dawnguard could easily be seen as over priced. Would have been fine as an 1000 point product. You could say that Dragonborn's price is compensating for Dawnguards over pricing.

On topic: I really think this dlc is going to be a good size. We probably will get a whole new landmass, the island as a whole. And a plane of oblivion, thatt hopefully will be more than the soul crain was. Plus, these some settlements, Iono, I have a good feeling about this.
