Well it's alright if you dont care, but character customization is extremely important for many roleplayers. It makes the avatar feel more personal, and some people take pride in the faces and bodies they make. In TES and Fallout (since bethesda took over) you were given the option to fix any mistakes you made on your character's face. This was useful because it's often hard to see your character (in oblivion it was too dark and in skyrim the lighting is off and you can't turn around). This ability was taken away in skyrim, as were the majority of customization options, leaving people with lackluster characters. For people who like to customize their character, it was a big deal, and now that we have the choice again that's a big deal. But we dont have the choice if we're vampires...in a vampire themed-dlc. Therein lies the problem.
