Read the talk page, the person who did it explains why- cyberpunk because it "looks like a gun from Ghost in the Shell" and Cowboy because of the cowboy outfit the courier is wearing in the screenshot of it.

Also it gives off some sort of sonic boom type energy. Also at 1:06, did you see the Super Mutant in the hat? New Companion?

I think that's the "Displacer Glove". Sounds right for what that weapon does.

Freeze screen when he goes over the Gobi Campaign Scout Rifle- it's a DKS sniper rifle.
And yes, the Avenger is a unique minigun. I wonder if this is the red one, or if that one was modded. (or taken out completely. )
