Werewolves ARE in and YOU can become one. The only downside is that it's all in third person. No first person werewolf view.

I'm not convinced that isn't another translation mishap as the origin is from a German gamer.

Could also be the player was using 3rd person for the werewolf in a stream and people who watched it assumed it was third person only.

Because he wasn't infected with the disease, the ring adds more times you can transform, but you have to be able to transform before it can do anything.

I doubt they were playing the complete finished version. Some cheaters reported horrific glitches that I KNOW will not be in the final game.

Maybe the default werewolf view is 3rd person and you have to switch it.

While I disliked Bethesda's choice to remove 1st person for horses, I understood why they did it. But there isn't a good reason to remove 1st person for werewolves.

Could also be something that will be addressed in a day one patch. Who knows?

A bloke on Gamespot. As someone said on this thread, you probably need to be a werewolf before the ring does anything. Its effect is:

My guess would be they are not happy with first person animations for werewolves, especially since some of the special finishing moves for werewolves have like a throat biting attack and stuff.

Don't be surprised if they get patched in, my guess would be once they are happy with the animations.
