Uh, no. Just like the DLC exclusiveness in the first place, that would be stupid. Everyone should get the DLC at the same time.
Ah, but with a big-money corporation like Microsoft, they can pay a **** ton of money for an exclusivity deal. Microsoft owns Xbox Live, but they do not own Steam. It's simple when you think about it. Microsoft pays Beth a couple million dollars, Beth releases DLC for the Xbox first.
With that in mind, I do dislike the idea of exclusivity. It is unfair to the other players, but it makes sense from a business standpoint. Now I personally play on an Xbox, but that doesn't mean that I agree with any of this. I think that the PC players have nothing to complain about, as the PS3 players have received NO DLC for Skyrim as of now. When they should be working out the bugs in the PS3 game, they are releasing another Xbox360 DLC. It isn't right, but it is what it is. Microsoft used to be what Apple is now. A money making machine.
