Apply to be in the Dawnguard 360 Beta - Thread #4 [merged si

^ I agree. I'm sold regardless!! Even if it's as buggy as FO: NV initially (let's hope not...), it will still be worth playing. Nobody does it quite like Bethesda

Want a chance to play Dawnguard early? Following the success of our PC beta updates, we're excited to announce our Dawnguard Beta for Xbox 360.

Visit http://dawnguardbeta.elderscrolls.com/ to apply. The process should only take a couple minutes, but make sure to fill out all the information accurately. Applicants need a http://www.gamesas.com/ and you'll want to make sure your forum email address is updated.

We will be selecting applicants in about a week. Players accepted into the beta will receive an Xbox LIVE code to redeem Dawnguard. The beta is the full version (complete with Xbox LIVE achievements) and those participating will not have to purchase the content.

Thanks again for your continued support of Skyrim!

So good luck to the Xbox 360 owners, and hopefully for those who got an invite you actually "test" it

Oh, and please keep the discussion clean!

Keep in mind you can only enter once

Are you supposed to get an email to confirm your entry or something, I'm just slightly worried that my entry hasn't gone through.

I think you only get an email if you are selected, not for sighing up. And they most likely won't be selecting the beta testers until after E3.

Possibly. The age requirement should be in the legal notice that they have you read.

Since Skyrim is more National than just USA Id imagine they would keep to said Country's terms of agreement...

I had a question, I signed up for the beta and then made an account. Does that void my chances?

Strange. I've heard that, that has happened to other people as well. There is a few pages that you should have to fill out,. The only thing I can think of is that it must either be a glitch or they aren't taking anymore applications for the beta.

if it says Internet Explorer (or some Internet error for your browser) than click http://dawnguardbeta.elderscrolls.com/ and not the Beta.elderscrolls.com

I'm hoping I get chosen...

I've been part of the BETA's for Halo 3, Halo: Reach, and a couple of others, and I actually did what a BETA was meant for; making the devs aware of bugs/glitches/issues through the course of playing the new IP's.

I'd love to have the opportunity to do so again but with the Elder Scrolls series this time. I love this series so much, it would actually be an honor to do this for Bethesda.

That's why I would love to be part of the beta as well. That and I've never beta tested anything before.

It's immensely fun and rewarding. I hope you get picked as well, if for no other reason than the experience. :D
