Is everyone having problems with multiplayer demo?
I just can't get pass the "Searching of games" part.

It seems a lot of people are having problems. Works fine for me though, although it seems to take forever.

I'm absolutely beast with predator, I'm pretty good with alien too, I'm okay with marine though. Anyone play it on 360?

Mantling as an alien makes me long for a predator/marine to put me out of my misery, but I see a lot of potential in the demo!

(I am, however, much more interested in http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/, which is approaching alpha...)

I ended up getting 3 other friends into the game, we all played as Aliens and agreed not to kill each other, I felt so sorry for the two marines and two predators that we were hunting.

Click on the big picture of the Marine to cycle through the available races, be aware that there can only be a maximum of 2 Preds and 4 Aliens at one time.

It takes a long ass time, plus once the game starts its quite short. I waited for about 10 minutes before I joined a game which only lasts for less than 15.

Theres a strong bit of a lock on in this game. Predators claws lock on to a target the second you pull them back. The aliens wall climbing/platform shifting has been executed awfully. Humans feel totally underpowered and the respawn points are placed very badly.

That being said, the game looks very well polished, the guns are cool, the vision modes are amazing, and the execution animations are wicked.

I'll buy this when it hits the 10$ bin.

Humans are not at all underpowered. Just don't get caught from behind. You have to be constantly look round everywhere.

yes they, are the only weapon which has enough ammo to make it viable cannot be aimed down the sight and when you fire it you can't see past the damn muzzle flash, then you've got an Alien clawing your face off and staggering you!

Right off the bat the Predator is set up to kill something, the same can be said for the alien.

The marine relies on picking up better guns like the flamethrower or that auto lock machine gun. The Predator doesn't really need his spears or his throwing knives or his shoulder gun. I found myself destroying people by 10 kills until I realised I could equip Predator with weapons. Then I pretty much cleaned up.

Well... I do just fine with just the marines Pulse Rifle. I don't win... But i have yet to win anyway with any class. I always come 2nd, 3rd or 4th.

Just got a 10 killstreak with the Alien, I love how when your hurt you can sprint really fast away and your health regenerates(with Alien)

Its all personal preference, I guess. I just don't see the general advantage of having range, when an invisible predator with sketchy animations due to connectivity issues charges at you (incredibley fast) jumps over you and begins to auto-lock and attack you to death.

Perhaps if the marine had a shotgun or an autolock machine gun, he may stand a chance, but i've killed countless marines doing exactly what I just depicted to you. I noticed that there different characters you can choose in the full version. Pehaps there is a marine that starts off with a more versatile gun.

Just get the plasma caster(is that what you call it?) and you'll win every ranged fight with predator.

Just played the demo for a bit.

Honestly, I thought it was terrible. I'd rather play the old game than that one. I for one will definitely not be getting it.

I have yet to get in a game and I've had the demo for about 3 hours.
