It is totally crap. Looks horrible, incredibly slow, awkward search-bar follows me around like it's stalking me, just to log in I needed to attempt to reply to a topic, Community Discussion is frustrating to reach with anything but the URL bar, I can no longer scroll through all of the categories on the board to look at, for example, all modding boards or fanfic board, loads of wastes space, the list goes on.

Seriously, what the hell was the point of this? The FaceBook tie-ins are totally unnecessary, as most casual forumers (the sort who would use such a tool) don't want all their friends to know that they are a closet nerd. And the moderating system worked fine as it was, in my opinion.

is your browser window not full size, or minimized to some degree. For me, the search box reverts back to the fixed menu bar when I put the browser on full screen.

I will now say something positive.

I actually like the fact that they added a better member profile page. Not something that I'll use all that often, but sometimes it's nice to know a little more about fellow members.

I guess it isn't that bad. I just hate change. It overcomplicates so much though...

Change it to fit widescreens and I will be fine.

I cannot see any reason why anyone would implement a new design for a forum with the following features:
(I am aware that the numbers given may vary with different monitor sizes and resolutions)
- > view up to TWO topics with new posts without scrolling (+ eight sticky ones, at least in the Oblivion Mods forum)
- > view up to TWO to THREE posts in a topic without scrolling
- > leavve two thirds of the screen EMPTY. Forums are not about information anyway, are they?

The number of bad-sighted senior citizens using this forum can't be high enough to make such a drastic change necessary.

It's not horrendous, but the black on gray with only people's avatars adding a bit of color really bothers my eyes.

It'll take some getting used to and familiarizing myself with where all the buttons are, but I don't see any major problems with it so far.

I like it, but I liked the old Layout better.

I kinda like the new look, looks more modern and "clean" however topics are annoying to find because of the layout, I dont see a problem with the bar either.
As for the now wanting friends to know I agree (only reason I am not buting DAO shirt because it has bioware in red letters on the back) so facebook is useless.

Is there a reason the borders take up more of the page than the part we want to read? The Fanfics look like H now, and are impossible to read. At least have them widen the table so the whole reason we are on the forum is maximized and the plain brown borders are minimized. PLEASE

Yeah. Wider, kill the search bar. Bar from that, I guess it's a question of getting used to it. The wider thing is really to be fixed. I got a tiny ass screen, and still got extremely unseemly and oddly uneven grey margins. Don't like much that grey either, it's really weird with the black.

Mostly, like 99,99999% of the people here, I'm like someone whose appartement has been redecored overnight. Major freak out over coffee. And looking everywhere for cups. And headache pills for the ocular migraine.
