Yes it can.
There was a study where people had to rate a persons attractiveness based on a voice sample. Sadly I don't have a source. The results were that women rated men with a darker voice as more attractive than those with a light voice. (can't remember the other way around)
So there's genetics in it, some people are just born with a more attractive voice.
But most of it really comes down to skill; how you use your voice. You probably know the saying: "it's not the size that counts, it's how you use it" - well in this case it's "it's not the pitch that counts, it's how you use it"
You can learn to sound more attractive just by practicing.
I'd go as far as saying your voicetone is one of your most revealing features. It's subconsious, but it can tell if you're nervous, confident, dominant, weak, shy, happy, sad, etc.
I've been doing voice training myself for some time now as a matter of fact. A good way is to watch a lot of movies and listen to how desirable actors sound like. For me it's men like Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Johnny Depp and Bradley Cooper.
Recently I've added Commander Shepard of mass effect to that list. While some of his lines are a bit dull and void of emotion his voice actor delivers most of them with a cool, confident and commanding voice tone that just sounds attractive in my ears.
