They may be doing so but better weapons will still be held in the hands of a higher leveled person. Simply because a level one wont have the credits to have more and better upgrades than a level 50

Have they mentioned anything as of yet involving upgrading your weapons? I know you can customize your weapons, but I haven't read anything yet about upgrading your weapons as you level.

but that's where your logic is flawed - "better" is a subjective term. They are not going to have uber weapons that kill in one hit, at higher lvls. "Better" pretty much comes down to what a player prefers, or what is appropriate for the situation.

I know of very little people who would perfer a gun without any attachments over a gun with attachments. So Im going by the majority. I haven't played any of the other games made by splash damage or bethesda at that so I dont know how they work. But in the games I played no matter how much they try to balance it you always get rewarded for being a higher level. Thats just the way life is.
