I play both console and pc. All systems have their strong points and weak points. I play console games mostly for shooters because if bigger communities etc but I do know their short Connie's. I'm also not saying consoles should not have cheats its just I know ms/Sony won't allow console type commands.
The points are true though that's why they are brought up each time. Dragon age is a perfect example of how downplayed the graphics get when a big game is put on a console.
Most game on at least 360 can not have auto aim turned down or off. There are a very few but not a lot.
I'm not talking about just skyrim. Skyrim was developed around the 360. It's a console port like most games these days.
If you look close a lot of fps games especialy cod have low textures and low models. Look close at came textures etc they are pretty blurry when in game and running around. Halo reach and a few other games use tricks such as blurring textures when a model is moving. They also tend to use the same texture for several models or peices of a model.
When a game is a pc port it suffers when on a console. If its ported to pc then a low end pc can run it maxed with little to no trouble.
By unpredictability I meant what console commands and what cheats do to a game they tend to make it unstable as the cheats and commands are forcing the game to do things it's not really supposed to do. The more cheats the more unstable it becomes. Cheats can also corrupt the saves you made while using cheats. Now online has problems with cheats for obvious reasons as they can glitch or be modified to work for multiplayer.
And Skyrim does the same things, when you whip the camera around in 1st person everything is blurred just like in a FPS, Halo you can disable auto aim and the games that allow you to turn off auto aim are not that rare, the option has been around since the first PS.
And yes I know the more you exploit / cheat / glitch out the game the more unstable it becomes I've already done that 3 time with Skyrim, but it doesn't break your game and it doesn't break the console so there's no reason not to have it other then MS and Sony wont lets us.
Alright I'll just shut up.
I'm not telling you to shut up, just be careful of how you word your sentences so as to not offend any of the milk drinkers who cannot handle it
