People are saying its how much you post on the forums but I don't know. It could be true but until Bethesda says it I'm Going to be staring at my email 24/7 haha
I wouldn't do that as you'll just waste your time as you'll most likely not get it. (Everyone has a slim chance of even winning.)

Neither, bats is a power. It causes a cooldown.

I'm hoping the Dawnguard armor is actually useful for med-high levels.

Not necessarily. The more testers, the more bugs that will be found.

Amirite?

Huh… weird. When the update came, I lost my ability to upgrade my Nightingale Blade (which was also reset to base power, but it was at a higher level of base damage and enchantment than before)

Anyway, if I DO get in the beta, it will probably be in the middle of my brother's graduation XD

Haha Do you think if I translate the writing on Alduins wall (The Collectors Edition statue) it will be a code for the DLC?

And can anyone please tell me if we will be able to access our horses saddlebags with the Dawnguard DLC?

More xbox beta testers is cheaper than dedicated QA though. Dawnguard is 20 bucks, and I think QAs are paid by the hour.

I think they may close the beta sign up before they select the beta testers. Bethesda might send some sort of ' sorry, you weren't selected' to those who weren't selected.

I doubt it :/ They haven't said anything about it and usually they announce most of the unrelated story details before hand :/

I think everyone who WILL get in the beta will all get in at once, so if people are going ZOMg DANGARD IS AMAZING!!!4!" you probably didn't make it.

:(

I just realised something... I signed up to this forum before skyrim came out with my AOL email address...

I forgot the number of emails that AOL Loses for no reason.... Crap. My chances of getting in the beta were already thin, now I have to deal with the fact that even if they send me the email I probably wont recieve it...

Oh well, best of luck to the rest of you!

I wonder if choosing being a vampire of a werewolf will help better your chances of getting into the beta. Im not sure what Bethesda is looking for in terms of beta testers, probably a wide range of players. The reason why I am curious is because I only put in one character after deleting the rest of my old characters and he is neither a werewolf or a vampire. Neither is his stats all that impressive with only 45 hours of gameplay and being level 29 or so now. Plus I play with that character everyday so my hours and level increases. I just want Bethesda to perhaps show us how they will be choosing after the beta signup is closed so we can stop speculating and fully understand which of us has a better chance. Maybe they'll just surprise a few people who don't match their criteria, just to reach out to everyone. Here' hoping I get picked for the beta. More than 500 hours of playing this game and still going strong, I just want a bit of good luck to come my way for once lol. :)

If you have another email address, couldn't you just update your email information for your account and then send in another application for the beta? Granted, it would probably not help that Bethesda has already started going through the applications but if you are that worried about it, might be worth trying.

I'm guessing Bethesda are looking for people with Vamp, Werewolf and normal characters to test. Fortunately I have all three.

I could change it, but I am sure they have already begun picking. Changing it now has the possibility of hurting my already slim chances. Not gonna be too big of a deal if i do not make it in, I am gonna have plenty of time after the 26th.

I just hope they tell us if we do not make it in, so I can stop lurking around my inbox.
