Post » Sat Jun 16, 2012 4:21 am

I signed up onforums after the beta was announced, I thought it would be cool to weed out bugs in my favorite game, plus, it reminded me there are forums, now that I actually signed up I'll be active often

Is there any way I could play the previous ones (arena, daggerfall, morrowind) online without paying for them? I'm a little short on money
Morrowind and Oblivion Game of the Year Editions can both be bought for under 40 bucks together, maybe cheaper. Daggerfall is free on the Official Bethesda Site, and maybe the older ones. You just gotta find a program to run the thing (DOSBox I think it is?).

Heres the link to Daggerfall: http://www.elderscrolls.com/daggerfall

Yes but it's illegal and will probably give you a lot of viruses so I don't recommend it, and I won't talk about it
1. Anti-virus program
2. Proxy server
3. Utorrent
4. Arrrrr!
5. ?????
6. Arena, dagger fall, morrowind

Don't hold me to this but i believe arena and daggerfall have been released for free from Bethesda on their website for the elder scrolls, morrowind you still have to buy though.

Yes Arena and Daggerfall have both been released free and it's legal to download them...

I hope it isn't based on activity. Bethesda should know that there are people like me who could potentially be average to above average beta testers, but just now heard of the forums.

http://uesp.net has both Daggerfall and Arena for download that are already set up to run on modern systems so you don't have to try an figure it out.

I'm sure Bethesda has a solid method of picking their testers. All there is to do is wait and see.

I'll laugh if they go by posts. My first post was a thread started on release to keep track of bugs and glitches xD I knew it'd come in handy

Since the beta is the full expansion, what will happen at the end of the beta? Will it dissappear or will they get a free expansion?

If bugs are found anyone with the beta will get an update, if no bugs are found, the dlc is yours

And i dont think they want a lot of level 81's. They want people to test out things from the beta with things all over skyrim such as other guild questlines or the main story line and see if they work without bugs

You deserve all the viruses you can get if you have to download Daggerfall and Arena illegally, considering they are free from both the Bethesda website and is packaged and ready to play on UESP...

I wonder, has anyone else started making a bunch of new characters for testing? I want to make sure that if I am picked I will be able to go through multiple times with different playstyles and races. Of course that means I also have a lot of leveling to do with my newb chars though.

A bunch of people probably said they had hundreds of hours more played than they actually did, theyre probably going to see a lot of entries that look very similar. Not sure how they will pick people
