360 and PC are pretty much the same; in a couple days, someone will most likely port the 360 version to the internet and convert it.
And as for Microsoft paying extra for the content: Sony hasn't payed for it. Don't blame Microsoft for wanting to give their customers a good experience, blame Sony who apparently doesn't want to give their customers a good experience. Bethesda hasn't screwed anyone. Microsoft payed extra for something that'll get to the PC soon, and Sony screwed themselves. Plus PC owners can friggin create their own mods, or download any of, what is it now, 1000's of mods? Beth won't make money off of releasing for PC, and keeping Microsoft exclusive very well could generate more money than PS3 owners would be willing to pay, since most of you are downright stating that you refuse to buy it since you view it as being screwed. Keep it up, perhaps we can make Bethesda as an entire company a Microsoft exclusive.
I'd hate to venture to guess who has deeper pockets; Sony or Microshaft. I don't believe it was a matter of Sony not wanting to give their customers a good experience, but more a matter of just how deep Bill Gate's pockets reach (or whoever is in charge of Microshaft these days)
I never said that Bethesda screwed anyone. You really should reread my post I clearly said, "To my knowledge Bethesda has never screwed 2/3 of their base out of any DLC" If they did, that would not help them to make a larger profit.
Beth won't make money off of releasing for PC.- Are you kidding me? Mods for the pc version are what keep us coming back for more, and bringing new customers who've nebver played the game, or those folks who already own for PS3 or XBox, but now want to buy it for mods. There is more profit for you, courtesy of the PC version.
While some may be saying that they refuse to give bethesda any more money because they got (Micro)shafted out of the DLC, or due to bugs or what have you, but I am not one of them. Granted the idea of exclusivity does leave a bad taste in my mouth, it is however how the world of business works. If you don't profit in the world of business, then you won't continue to be in business for long.
