Enclave DLC?

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 10:13 am

they probably not going to involve any DLCS involving the reputation of the mojaves current factions because of the fact that you may have a low rep with that faction therefore they may add them but it probably wont do anything to reputation with factions. kind of like dead money, its involveing the BOS but dosnt do anything to reputation.

Elijah went awal he was no bos. He got most of his men killed and ran like a ker.

your basicly wanting the same thing i do, but in a different way, you want ceasars legion back to learn of their history, and i want the Enclave back to learn of their history even though i hate them.

Look Enclave history up on wiki. CL I know all I need to know about them they r such scrubs they won t even get a spot in wiki.

Remnants said most of the Enclave in the Navarro base headed Eastwards after it's destruction, so wouldn't surprise me if there weren't more Remnants in New Canaan or Wyoming or somewhere.

I love how people think Vertibirds=Global Travel. Seriously though, how many times has it been suggested by people that the Enclave Vertibirds mean that they could return in DLC or just in general. On topic, Christ no.

If you based this on ED-E & the Navarro reference then fair enough, but we do learn from the Remnants later on that Navarro is now NCR territory, :foodndrink: heres hoping that it was destroyed in the battle or self-destructed, don't want those NCR [censored]ers to gain an inch. I put down ED-E's trip to Navarro as simply that it's capture by the NCR was classified for moral, the Enclave leadership has done such things in the past.

@ Ace, Broken Steel counts as a major loss. Lyon's BoS find it by telemetary data from the Communications Relay, it is the hub of all remaining Enclave operations, the Vertbird flleet and most of the people; then one man breezed through it and more than likely wasted an orbital strike on it and destroyed impossibly valuable technology (because he's helping the Brotherhood you know!).

If Navarro was destroyed, and you had the NCR and BOS on your heels, you would run about as far away from them as possible. The Vegas remnants travelled there by Virtibird, but that doesn't mean the rest of the Navarro-ites travelled by Virtibird. They could have caravanned it , to find a new settlement.

No. They are a dead faction in the West. Enclave should not be brought back just to be the BoS' punching bag. It would not make sense to bring them back as a DLC.

Why wouldn't it make sense, they build up and return to take over the place.

It makes perfect sense.

yup, although saying that, it makes more sense for Fallout 4. For a NV dlc it would add nothing really, since they couldn't attack the NCR, or help at the Dam etc.

Why does it make perfect sense? Where are the Enclave going to get the manpower to even ensure that they do not go extinct. Besides, the Enclave doesn't "take over" anywhere, they've just sat back and let scienctists do it for them; those outposts in D.C. were stupid and a risk to personnel seeing as how they didn't do anything for the most part. Hell, in Fallout 2 you could beat the game (with them as the antagonist) without actually killing a single one in a fight.

The Vegas Remnants can't have travelled by Vertibird I don't think, Doc Henry was a deserter who was living in the NCR at the time when Fallout 2 started and had his own little laboratory; which seems more likely, the Remnants found him by accident after Henry too fled the NCR after they became suspicious of his rather specialised and specific fields of science (neurology & cybernetics) around the time when the NCR began looking for Enclave survivors to arrest, or, that Whitman landed her Vertibird somewhere (again, amid the waves of NCR trying to find them and Henry just happened to be there.

Besides here a thought, most of the Navarrans were simply killed in the battle; had the same thing yesterday I think, somebody said "Well I don't see how they got all of their civilians from Raven Rock to Adams Airforce Base", did you ever consider that they just died when the BoS stormed the place or the LW destroyed it?

No, because the Remnants specifically TELL us that "the survivors of Navarro moved East..." Not the remnants themselves, they went south and integrated into the NCR for a time, before escaping to Vegas when they were "outed". But the Navarro survivors (however many that was.. 10... 20 ... 100) went East. Easily enough to set up a new Tribe, or settlement, or re-occupy a base.

I think that Autumn Sr and the people went to Raven Rock before Navarro was captured, otherwise everyone would know that Navarro was destroyed and ED-E wouldn't have been sent making reference to "Navarro outpost scientists". Besides even if what you are saying was correct then why wouldn't they just go to Chicago?

THEY R [censored] DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look up on wiki what the Enclave are the you will understand why they can t "build up" in five years.

It would be totally [censored]. The bos are in a hole, because the western bos are almost as dumb as the Enclave.

So you want a dlc that involves a dead Enclave vs a bos that is on life support?????

Even if there r 3000 Enclave troops ready to go why would they want to take Vegas???????

Oh no, I didn't say the Navarro survivors went to Raven Rock.. that would be silly! Raven Rock was a base at the same time the Oil Rig was a base.

No, the survivors went eastWARDS. Not to Vegas. Possibly Chicago. or some other base in the middle of the US

Actually they weren't, it's been confirmed through secondary sources that Raven Rock was only occupied after the destruction of the ENCLAVE; Eden was active before this point though, hence why he became the emergency President.

Perhaps, but then they wouldn't really be the Enclave would they, just more Remnants.

Yes if there r any Enclave they r not going to take over a base and say "HEY EVERY BODY WE RE THE LAST 52 PURE HUMANS ON EARTH COME KILL US"

They would melt away hide the veribird under some branches and hide. None of them would be in any condition to fight.

Enclave is done......The ones in Chicago r not manning a base they r hiding.

you could say that about the ones in Raven Rock too. They're just hiding, doing local experiments. Just because we haven't come across the Enclave in Chicago yet, doesn't mean they're not there. Granted, they don't know about the destruction of Navarro, so they may be living under "lockdown" conditions, waiting until the main Enclave get in touch and "activate" them. (Which isn't going to happen, obviously).

I would imagine that they have some form of communication with Raven Rock; the only possible reason I can see for them even being there is because Chicago would serve as an effective way-point between the two coasts; they may have gone into further hiding since losing contact with Raven Rock though.

Only way Enclave is ever coming back in force is because of this lol

2077 Enclave retreat to remote sections of the world- fo time line

Bethesda says the fo bible is canon as long as it dosent go against a game. Enclave that built a small vault over in the Congo didn t go against any game.

They r just biding there time having babies and practicing shooting plasma rifles. They know about Richardson and DC, they r the ones that ordered those suicide missions just to see how hard it was going to be
.

Laugh now, but you ll all see in fo 9 Enclave will be back hard. The real Enclave will show up, and they will strike down all. They might even win for a game.

Yes it does. In FO2 the virus they were using would kill everyone worldwide who wasn't given the vaccine. So, if the Enclave had world wide bases, one of their plans would involve killing off every member aside from the ones on the oil rig.

Now, It may just be me, but I think a plan like that sounds a tad stupid.

Yeah indeed, I would inclined to agree; you know what else don't go against anything in-game? I think that President Kimball is an alien clone, go ahead and prove me wrong .

Richardson: {273}{prs54}{You could try, I suppose, but soon the staff of the Enclave and Navarro will be inoculated.}

ah but no.. if you planned to let FEV loose, you would make sure your bases were stocked up on vaccine first. Either sending shipments out, or (more likely) transmitting the formula.

Just because they know how to make it doesn't mean that they can, and the Project wasn't a pre-war plan; development may have began as early as the 2170's. The only way that the Enclave at the ENCLAVE could create both the virus and vaccination was through an elaborate supply line; begining at Vault City (known for it's medical prowess), then to the Den (a grotty little slaving town) and then to the Salvadore Family of New Reno who were paid by the Enclave in Laser Pistols.

There was nobody at Raven Rock until sometime after the destruction of the ENCLAVE, Autumn Sr (Autumn's father) led some of the Enclave from Navarro there sometime before Navarro was then destroyed.

Not this crap about world wide bases again :banghead:

They don't have any. People that make the wiki agree that that one line about world wide bases contradicts the games. Chris Avellone agrees with me that the Fallout Bible should not be considered Canon. At Best Semi-canon.

Enclave Virus plan was a plan after the great war, years after. It needed the FEV from Mariposa. There is no in game proof of the Enclave's ability to travel around the world or talk to one another. They can't even talk from Navarro to DC hence ED-E!

Enclave were not in the Eas till after Fallout 2. Chicago is most likely a relay built on the way to DC. Fallout 2 makes no reference to any other bases then Navarro. Entire Enclave leadership was on the rig went it went boom. Backed up by Falout 3 as to how Eden became president. There are no other bases in the West because the Remnants would have gone to it. We would have learned off it. It would have been on the Enclave internal communications system.
