Yup roll on friday, longer wait then the rest on the world, but couldnt have fallen on a better date, famillys on holiday, girlfriends on holiday, so house to myself for some quality fallout time!

well at-least you have it good. for me it i and my girlfriend anniversary and she wants to spend all weekend together.

don't get me wrong, i love my girlfriend but iv been waiting for this game since before i met her.

Kind of. We were a monopoly until very recently, and unless you order via courier (v. expensive!) you're guaranteed to have your game delivered by a Royal Mail postie. You'll also get all the new competitor's mail sorted and delivered by Royal Mail, but that's a rant for another forum lol.

I got my copy off steam so I could download it on my GF's computer as well as mine so I can play while she spends around three hours a night when I'm round watching soaps and when she's asleep, I am so stoked to play this game it looks like Obsidian fixed a lot of the stuff I found annoying about FO:3, roll on 1 AM Friday morning (I think I got the time right due to it being BST). I'm going to pull a caffeine fueled all nighter since I'm free the following day.

i ordered from play.com only game ive pre order for years and didnt arrive today was looking out the window waiting for the post man he came with no package much to my dismay back to fallout 3 for a day it would seem! lame!

Mine hasn't even been dispatched yet. This is what happens when you choose "First Class" delivery option. I'd have been better choosing the normal delivery, at least then they have to dispatch it a few days early

Oh well, I'll know for when the next Fallout comes out in a few years

The disk came this morning but it won't let me install the damn thing, is this the thanks I get for paying for the game? I pay for the game and can't install while those who stole the thing off torrent sites are happily playing, well done, what an excellent way to tackle piracy.

Preloaded on Steam once it became available, and it just downloaded a 249MB update this morning, hopefully patching some of the worst bugs our American friends have been beta-testing for us... :brokencomputer: (Thanks y'all!)
Approximately 14 hours to go, but I'm guesstimating that's actually 13 hours and a couple of minutes, so it'll unlock at 1am BST (I'm in Ireland).
I've taken Friday and Tuesday off work (Monday's a public holiday) so that gives me a five-day New Vegas binge! Yay!
I'll probably pull an all-nighter tonight, and stagger off to bed when the eyes start to fall out of my head..

I'm in the UK. I ordered the game 3 days ago for my 360. Got the confirmation email (12.13 yesterday afternoon) that my order had left the building, so with a bit of luck it might come around 1pm today, a day early :fallout: . It wouldn't have come with the postman earlier, as I also ordered the strategy guide too. Currently listening out for a van pulling up.

I'm glad I ordered the 360 version as the Steam download sounds like it's full of bugs.

Mine was just delivered (uk) and i cant play it... seems Im being punished for legitimately purchasing the game for the pc

But I can wait, got lots to do anywho! well not really.. but I'll just head down my mate's and work on his Car Project !
