That girl in the companions that's always bragging "I killed a bear today", everytime I see her. [censored], I killed a DRAGON today, don't tell me about bears.

I don't know if this qualifies but all the most annoying have already been taken.

So I'll go with the Assassin ghost you get from the Dark Brotherhood quests. The dude never shuts up and always says the exact same things over and over. The first time I summoned him it was cool for about 10 minutes. For an assassin his noise and stealth discipline svcks. The same goes for the other followers but if some meat-head like Farkas comes along you expect him to run into battle without an intelligible thought in his acorn sized brain. With a ghostly assassin you'd think the guy would know better.

He's like the friend you don't really care for all the much but when you're really bored you give him a call to go get some beers. At first it's cool but within a short amount of time you're repeatedly reminded of why you don't want to hang out with the dude.

Yeah, he repeats a lot of things. I think what makes him so cool though is how loaded his quips are with nostalgia. Throughout the DB, I'd summon him just to hear what he had to say about my current task because it made me smile going "Aahhhh... I remember that." =P

Delphine. Without getting into spoilers, she sent me to a barrow my low level assassin had no business being sent to. If she ever loses her "quest essential" tag I'm going to kill her.

edit - I forgot about the little kid who keeps threatening to "prank me good." I can't remember his name, but one day I'd like to beat that little prat within an inch of his life.

Nazeem

I became so obsessed with the death of his that on an assasin/sniper type character I followed him for a week everywhere, broke into his house, examined his stuff, learnt his daily AI routine then killed him without any eyewitnesses. Actually... there was a guy just like him in Oblivion too. Toutius sixtious was his name I think. Putting NPCs with superiority complex into their games must be Bethesda's speciality.

sixtious regularly told me that I should pester priests and beggars to talk as I, a no-name adventurer and him, a VIP person have obviously nothing in common. After accepting Glarthir's paranoia quest I was more than happy to falsely accuse Toutious of spying on Glarthir and murdered him for a hefty sum. Good ol' days.

Jarl Barlgruuf - for being a non-commital, fence-sitting politician
all the Blackbriars - for being arrogant and cynical criminals

I don't get it why people dislike him so much, he's only a hardcoe night mother fan who is a bit lost in the head.

I actually console edited Cicero to be able to marry him. He is a true assasin and also... I'd tap that DAT A SS. :disguise:

Cicero became one of my favorite NPCs, straight from being one of my most hated. Just flip your morality upside down and you get on the same page as him. (and maybe, just maybe hit your head in a rock once or twice, and get drunk/high)

Most disliked NPC of the year award would go to the court mage in whiterun.

He's certainly got one of the more memorable and intersting personalities in Skyrim and I don't hate him as such.... he's just weird, even for me

Glarthir wasn't annoying! He was just... special. Aside from the schizophrenia and thoughts about murder, he's a real softie.

That Thalmor in Markarth.

Him: "I'm here to make sure everybody knows that Elves are better than humans and the dominion can squash your empire anytime it wants." ok so I paraphrased a bit, but that's the gist.

M: "if Bethesda releases a rebellion against the dominion expansion you'll be the first to go."

Arcano. He's stuck up even for a Thalmor. What I wouldn't give to slit his throat. Sadly, I'm early on in the College questline and he's still essential.

Taarie, mocking my outfits everytime I entered Solitude, even when I'm decked out in full daedric or expensive clothing.

Funny I ended up marrying her...

and she's still a B * tch!
